Ep 187 - Welcome to Part 5 of my 5-part miniseries titled, "Winning With Words." This episode is titled "Say It Like You Mean It" and our conversation focuses around the subject of tonality. The way we use our words and the emphasis we put on them can change the meaning of what we say and especially how people interpret what we say. The classic example of this is when kids issue a half-hearted apology only to be rebuked with the phrase, "Say it like you mean it."
