Based on the feedback, the early game shuffle caused a lot of unintended confusion for the fans this week. The other recurring theme in the feedback is that Ghost Island appears to have started with a bit of whimper. Given that the castaways are required to break the "urns" in a specific order, we are puzzled why production chose to start with an advantage you have to give away and two instances of nothing to do. Perhaps they were worried about introducing too many advantages/idols at once, but it doesn't make a lot of sense to start so weakly either. The blindside really helped redeem the overall assessment of the episode, and we're ready for the next one.
