The fans have spoken and this was one of the best, most favorable reactions we've had to a new cast in all of the post pandemic, "new era" seasons. Lots of us are thrilled to have the initial two hour episodes, but it's clearly not everyone's cup of tea. Two hours can be a lot to ask depending on how you watch and what you value in the show.
