Dr. Melissa N. Stein visits The Context of White Supremacy. An assistant professor in the Gender and Womenâ??s Studies Department at the University of Kentucky, Dr. Stein's research interests include African American history and women's/gender history. On his last trip to The C.O.W.S., Dr. Tommy Curry highly recommended Dr. Stein's first book, Measuring Manhood: Race and the Science of Masculinity, 1830-1934.
