Our culture does not teach us to assess if someone is actually a good fit for us so we end up with someone who may be ‘nice’ but may not be on our same sexual wavelength. (09:05)

We are not given the permission to discuss sexual ‘bottom lines’ b/c our previous generations didn’t look for sexual compatibility-they looked for stability & safety.  Duration was the metric of success and the way you showed that you ‘cared’ is that you put up with more.  (10:21)
