Laguna Niguel Councilwoman Laurie Davies and Laguna Hills Mayor Barbara Kogerman talk about everything going on in their cities.  Laguna Hills is looking forward to the "Five Lagunas" to take the place of the Laguna Hills Mall and serve as the new hub for that city.  Meanwhile, the Agora Arts District will be the new downtown hub in Laguna Niguel.  We also talk transportation, regional planning agencies with funny acronyms (SCAG and OCCOG) and the public health importance of preventing West Nile Virus.
