She stopped by to chat with Dave about her session, and her new book “Tribal Unity: Getting from Teams to Tribes by Creating a One Team Culture”. Em’s book focuses on one of her main areas of passion — creating awesome Agile tribes. During the interview she also offers advice about how to handle cross team dependencies in Agile.
