The Broken Spokes talk to 6-time national champion, winner of the 2008 Redhook Criterium, organizer of the first ever women's division of the Redhook Criterium, and Clara's former teammate/roommate, Kacey Manderfield Lloyd. 
 
Kacey explains the Redhook Crit, how it came together, and her experiences racing and winning on a track bike with the boys. She also gives listeners great insight into the organizer's perspective and what it was like putting together the women's criterium this year.  Kacey and Clara also spend some time reminiscing about riding at Lees-McRae.
