Dee Tidwell is an experienced and successful conditioning coach and soft tissue therapist who is knowledgeable in many areas of helping athletes form a foundation to perform to their potential. He offers a fresh and basic perspective in the age of over-teched and confusing land of performance.
 
His passion for going down the hill fast has led him to create EnduroMTBTraining.com to help provide some guidance and help riders get the most out of themselves while pursuing enduro riding and racing.
 
He is currently the Official Conditioning Coach and Soft Tissue Therapist for the Big Mountain Enduro Series and Yeti Cycles.
