We're happy to announce that a new book by Dr. David Shoemaker will be released later this year based on his Living Thelema segments on this podcast, and will include additional discussion and resources. The title of the book will be Living Thelema: A Practical Guide to Attainment in Aleister Crowley's System of Magick. Tune in to future Speech in the Silence programs for further information about this book.
An exhibit of Aleister Crowley’s paintings is now open in Perth, Western Australia, and will tour the country throughout 2013. A catalog of the exhibit has also been published.
On Thursday, March 21, Antero Alli will present his film, To Dream of Falling Upwards at Cloud 9 in Berkeley.
On April 26 through 28, Scarlet Woman Lodge in Austin presents a Weekend of Wonders with Lon Milo DuQuette, featuring several lectures, social events, book signing, and the Gnostic Mass.
Then Scarlet Woman Lodge celebrates its 20th Anniversary with a public event on May 4.
On May 17-19 Golden Lotus Oasis in the Los Angeles metropolitan area will offer Classathon: a weekend of initiation symbolism classes alongside other classes on Thelema, Magick, mysticism, yoga, and the Gnostic Mass.
Also in May, a new graphic novel entitled Aleister Crowley: Wandering the Waste will be published in May, 2013. Check out this blog post for a preview of some of the graphics from the book.
