Randy Cailor has been a licensed Professional Engineer for over 25 years, the last 16 years having his own structural engineering consulting firm, Cailor & Associates (www.cailor.com) This year Randy has made the transition to starting a new STEM program at Providence Christian Academy in Lilburn, GA serving as both the STEM instructor and program coordinator. Lewis Chappelear is National Board certified and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in educational technology. As an engineering and design, math, and science teacher at James Monroe High School in the Los Angeles Unified School District since 2001, Lewis has worked with his students to build robots, design bridges, and learn about team-work.
