This week I'm joined by one of ESPN's best college football analysts, Tom Luginbill, to give our thoughts on who the best teams are in college football. It's almost impossible to separate a lot of the top eight teams, but Tom and I give it a try. We also give our predictions on who wins each of the Power Five conferences (except the Pac-12 because well, the Pac-12 is terrible).
