Phanella began her career as an international finance lawyer working on multi-billion dollar transactions in London and New York. Now she is an executive coach and development consultant. She coaches and trains professionals on topics including women’s leadership and advancement, self-presentation, maternity and return to work. We talk the differences between being an "integrator" vs a "separator" at work and achieving work life balance, how to choose the right career for you, anxiety, overwhelm and the jitteriness of our overusing our phones.
