Today, Alice is the Fashion Features Director-at-Large at Red magazine, and continues to write on a freelance basis for publications including, The Daily Telegraph and The Daily Mail on fashion, lifestyle and careers. Phanella began her career as an international finance lawyer working on multi-billion dollar transactions in London and New York. Now she is an executive coach and development consultant. She coaches and trains professionals on topics including women’s leadership and advancement, self-presentation, maternity and return to work.
