Description

Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I’m looking forward to sharing with you some of our community’s questions that have come in over the past few weeks… Let’s get started!   Michel: On podcast episode 977, Dr. Cabral mentioned that when he starts to feel a cold coming he takes many shots throughout the day of a mix of Oregano oil, parsley, turmeric, ginger, cayenne and lemon. Can I get his recipe along with the volume of each ingredient? Thanks!Michel  Renee: Hi from Houston, I have learned so much from your podcast for my entire family!! Thank you for being such a blessing in wellness to us all. I have had 2 C-sections,13-10 years ago, I got scar tissue inside from it,my doctor did not recommend any more children due to how much scar tissue I had. i can still fell tenderness all these years later. I'm pretty fit, I workout 5 days a week and lift moderate. I also participate in IF, do you think that scar tissue could be the reason it is so hard to get rid of this pooch (small) under my belly? any advise will help. Warm Regards  Judy: Hi Dr. Cabral, I have worked with one of your health coaches after the thyroaid/adrenal test and more recently I am wrapping up the protocol from the HTMA and OAT tests. Also, I am continuing to use your daily nutritional support shakes. My question is that I have recently purchased the at home sauna per your recommendation, and I have been experiencing migraines. The only time I ever get migraines are when I am dehydrated which is very seldom. I used the sauna 2 days in a row for about 25m and then by the second day, I experienced a headache that took 2 days to go away with no meds and lots of lemon salt water and coconut water (from an actual coconut). Thinking maybe my hydration was not quite enough, I hydrated well for a couple days before try a shorter session of 20m. I didn’t sweat for very long but the next day I started to experience headaches again. I really want to experience the benefits of sauna. What can I do to prevent the headaches? I am 5’4.5”, 119lb, blood pressure runs about 116/64 or lower and I workout regularly. Any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated.  Mariya: Hi, I've been listening to your podcast the last few weeks and have been enjoying it. I really like your approach! I wanted to do some tests with you guys for my hair loss but don't know where to start. I've gone from long thick hair to really thin dry hair in the last year and a half and can't seem to find the reason for that. I have done some blood work and the only thing that was low was my ferritin, which was at 9 out of 33-424 range. I've been supplementing iron and vitamin C for almost 3 months. Noticed an increase in my energy and improvement in my long distance trail runs. No longer have to take naps after work. I am very active. Teach fitness classes, do aerial work and trail run. I'm a 28 year old female. Even though I've been feeling great after taking my iron supplements I'm still losing a crazy amount of hair throughout the day. Do you guys run any tests that could explain the reason for my hair loss? Any suggestions or guidance to your programs would be greatly appreciated!  Tracy: Hi Dr. Cabral, A friend of mine who suffers from anxiety and depression recently sent me information for a device called the Alpha-Stim Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulator. She said it worked wonders for her. https://www.alpha-stim.com/healthcare-professionals/treating-mood-conditions/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3381625/ Since I also struggle with depression and anxiety I'm interested but would like your opinion on it first. Have you had had experience with this modality? What do you think of the science behind it? Is it safe? As always, thank you for all the amazing work that you do. Tracy  Ashanti: Hey Dr. Cabral, that’s has been suffering from really skin for years now. II went to see a dermatologist and they said there wasn’t much they can do beside using ce
