Description
Hosts Harry Robinson and Jack Tait are in better form thanks to two wins on the bounce from Manchester United, the latest a wonderful blistering 4-1 victory against champions Leicester
City.
The two teenage Reds discuss that, and the role of captain and soon-to-be top goalscorer of all-time Wayne Rooney following Jose Mourinho dropping the Englishman, the first time that has happened since Boxing Day 2015. There’s also a brief chat about the League Cup victory away at Sixfields, a 3-1 win vs Northampton Town.
It’s September, and that means another busy week ahead for United with the famous (erm) Ukrainian side Zorya Luhansk coming to Old Trafford before Mark Hughes’ blundering Stoke City side visit the Theatre of Dreams on Sunday.
As always, we have a youth and loan round-up.
