About this ebook

Authors Comments

Welcome to my little book on what will eventually become the most talked about and discussed topic in the world. That topic is the title of this book, and is "Survive Together". This may not mean much to some people, but for those who are struggling to just pay their bills and eat and have a roof over their heads, it is everything.

In times past, I can remember my grandparents and great-grandparents who lived close by. In those days, brothers, sisters, and uncles lived in not what you would call a community but lived locally with each other. I can remember my mother taking care of her grandfather. I can remember how close my Aunts and uncles were. Close as physically and as a family. There were the family animals and gardens and all of them were shared collectively.

We seem to have lost all of the above as technology has increasingly separated us. Now closeness is a cell phone or text. When children leave home, they never seem to stay in the locality they grew up in or close to all their family as in grandparents, mother and father and aunts and uncles and cousins.

Now and especially in the future this closeness must be revitalized as it may be the only way we can still function as a family and as a community.
