Let's address some of the common myths that may deter people from embracing spirituality:

    Myth: Spirituality is for Atheists or Non-believers.

    Actually: Contrary to popular belief, spirituality often involves a profound belief in a divine being or higher power. Many spiritual practitioners find that their faith in God or a higher power strengthens their spiritual journey. As stated in John 4:24, God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
