THE REASON BEHIND WRITING THIS BOOK
As a Certified Life Coach and Personal Development Coach, I migrated from Cameroon, Africa, from a small city called Yaoundé, to New York. It was a culture shock. Everything seemed like day and night. I almost gave up and decided to go back to Cameroon. Everything was different: the culture, the people, the food, the buildings, the streets – you name it. It was terrifying since I was about to go through major reconstruction, a transformation for which I was not ready.
Fast forward five years, I was completely lost. I started to act like my entourage, complaining about life, the government, the city, the traffic, the weather, blaming city policies, traffic signs, and the police for writing citations. After 10 years of doing that, I noticed that nothing changed; everything was the same. I was still doing the same thing, living in the same apartment, acting the same way I used to. I got tired of it. Why? I observed that while nothing seemed to work for me, others around me were doing better with their lives.
One night, I sat down in my pitch-black room and analyzed all my life, things that I did well and others I didn’t do well. I came to the realization that the problem was me; I was the problem. I didn’t know any better. And I needed to change. That is the day I said to myself, I had had enough. I signed up for Kindle Amazon books. The books that changed my life were The Power of Thinking for Yourself

by George Samuel Clason and more. I turned my car into a library. On my way to work, on my way home, everywhere I drove, I was listening to tapes on YouTube about personal development. My favorites of all time: Jim Rohn, Earl Nightingale, Brian Tracy, Dr. Joe Dispenza and others. Anything that could help me enhance my mind and learn, I was eager to learn something new every day until these days. I started to listen to classical music. It completely changed me, transformed me into a whole new person. I started to experience abundance; things started to change for me. I started to attract success, I started to meet more people with a positive attitude, with the same mentality as me and so on.
Two years later, I was reborn as a new person. I decided to change by disciplining myself.
One day I sat in a cozy study, surrounded by shelves filled with books of all genres. That’s when a thought struck me: Why not write a personal development book?
I had always been an avid reader, finding fascination, solace, and inspiration in the words of others. However, I yearned to contribute something of my own to this world, especially since I was trapped in the same matrix. I had to break free from it to finally live the life I wanted. I aimed to share my experiences, insights, and lessons learned, hoping to help others navigate life’s complexities, discover their true potential, and be reborn as new individuals to ultimately live the lives they desired.
The decision to write a personal development book wasn’t an easy one. I knew it would require countless hours of research, introspection, and vulnerability. Delving deep into my past, confronting fears and failures, and addressing critics, I would need to distill knowledge into a format resonating with readers.
Believing that my unique perspective and life journey could offer valuable guidance to others also seeking personal growth and fulfillment, I envisioned a book that would inspire, motivate, and provide practical tools for self-improvement.
As I embarked on this writing journey, I poured my heart and soul onto the pages, reflecting on the setbacks, clarity and confusion experienced ten years ago, and the lessons learned from failure. Each chapter was written with the intention of guiding readers toward their own personal transformation.
Throughout the process, I discovered a newfound sense of purpose and fulfillment, battling my own demons, lack of knowledge, and limiting beliefs. Writing became my catharsis, a means to utilize my experiences and those of others, finding meaning in them all. My answer is: To keep you distracted so you will never question their practices or your existence or find your purpose in life.
It starts with self-reflection and introspection. Take the time to question your beliefs, values, and aspirations. Identify the areas in your life where you feel limited or constrained. Then, start taking small steps towards breaking free from these constraints. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who support your journey and inspire you to think differently.

There have been around 14,500 wars leading to a staggering 3.5 billion casualties, which is almost half of the current global population’s age. The subject of war has not only fascinated peace organizations but also thinkers. They argue that while all living beings engage in battles for resources and territory, the aggressive tendencies observed in animals can’t be directly applied to humans, especially considering unique traits of human nature such as intelligence, consciousness, and morality. The difference between two predators fighting over prey and wealthy arms dealers profiting from ongoing conflicts is self-evident. Ancient Rome demonstrated how the struggle for survival could also function as wealthy amusement parks with the concept of bread, circuses, and gladiators who were made to combat one another to entertain the public and distract them from their own powerlessness.
Today, a similar approach is utilized through television, video games, telephones (which have by the way replaced television), radios, computers, and sports, offering respite for contented citizens from the harsh realities of their lives.
What is the media diverting our attention from? What knowledge could we potentially gain if we weren’t constantly inundated with information?
It’s evident that in any conflict between two people, a third party often reaps the benefits. The adage When two people fight, the third wins
is well known. Applying this to any nation or even our entire world, they create problems such as wildfires, starvation, contaminated drinking water, prescribe poison instead of real medicine, create wars and conflicts around the world, and even create global pandemics such as COVID-19, with poor countries in Africa often serving as their testing ground. Their desire for global dominance is out of control.

When you follow the money, you see that at the bottom level, we go about our daily lives. Above us is the government, where people are given a monopoly on force and use it to tax and control us, whether or not we agree. But who controls them at the next level? Many would say that now it’s corporations, not states, that rule the world. To acquire the world’s resources and control the markets, these corporations must have access to cheap money.
