THE CANCER PROJECTILE: 78 Days of Uranium Deep Seeding
()
About this ebook
A special segment of the book is the practice of Italian courts.
In the end, we can say that the focus of the entire book is man and man's destiny, looking at it from the point of view of good, but also from the point of view of evil. A person fights and hopes while he is alive, this is exactly the case with all the victims of depleted uranium ammunition, who fight their hardest battles every day, they fight, but they also pray, because it seems that only God has not forgotten about those people.

Introductory remarks
After more than two decades since the end of the aggression against Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, or Republic of Serbia, the attempts are still made to, from one side, cancel all the consequences that the victims of this aggression suffer, and from the other side, the side of the aggressors, minimize and cover up these consequences until they are finally forgotten. Lawyer Dr. Srđan Aleksić is one of the few who are still fighting the battle against the initiators and immediate executors of this aggression, almost every day. His efforts to, by legal means, reveal and prove both visible and invisible consequences of the bombing are still going and will be going until the justice is served to the greatest extent possible.
Ever since the end of NATO aggression, Dr. Aleksić and his team are collecting data and all the relevant documentation related to the damage made, in order for the needs of the victims of this armed aggression against Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to be justly satisfied. His current efforts did not meet the desired outcomes – to come to an agreement with the responsible members of NATO alliance about the compensation they owe to the country and the citizens.
This current situation, although unjust and unsustainable, does not mean that his efforts are to be left aside and out of the both domestic and international public eye. The whole country suffered damage and enormous destruction that cannot be cancelled by any kinds of donations. As the current battle in the legal and political sense didn’t meet the expected results, the only thing left to do is to make the battle public, by making the written testimony and research on the consequences of the bombing. Thus, monograph The Projectiles of Justice
has been made public.
The purpose of this monographic publication is to entirely inform the general public about the horrors of NATO bombing like never before, regardless of the same or similar attempts that have been made in the last couple of years. In the bombing, numerous people have lost their family members, were left without any means of living, in a hopeless state, and even the following generations on the territory of Serbia were able to feel the consequences of the aggression.
In Serbia, the perception of being born, living and dying has been changed drastically. The immediate consequences of the bombing are that people die of cancer trice as much as before, many married couples are not able to expand their families, spontaneous abortions, stillborn children, children born with severe disabilities etc. The most powerful Serbian institutions have found great amounts of uranium and other chemicals in plants, animals, water, air and even in people living in Serbia. The genetic changes are ten times more numerous than before.
There are indisputable data that cannot be denied. NATO did use munition with depleted uranium while bombing the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The alliance admitted to have shot out more than 30.000 projectiles with uranium. During 78 days, even oil and industrial plants that contained dangerous substances were bombed.
It is known that both the public and the officials of some countries that are members of NATO and whose soldiers were stationed in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo and then died of cancer or leukemia (Italy, Portugal, France, Belgium), posed many questions about the impact of depleted uranium, but the epilogues of these stories are not known, except in Italy, where the courts made over 300 verdicts of compensation to families of the deceased soldiers.
Even after all of these events, as well as forming two state commissions whose purpose was to determine the real consequences of the bombing of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, or Serbia, since the insignificant number of bombs actually landed on the territory of Montenegro, there is no real research that can give us at least approximate answer to the question: What are the real consequences of the bombing?
Citizens of Serbia, and the citizens of other countries do not have the most important and reliable information about whether and which harmful substances have ended up in soil and water, what are the consequences to the health of people and the environment, as well as whether any actions are made in order for these consequences to be neutralized.
The proven facts and data from the monograph are the testimony about one crime without a precedent in the newer international relations, about the weakness of the global community and the suffering of one victim nation that was marked as guilty with the help of the western and NATO propaganda for all the events that occurred on the territory of ex. Yugoslavia.
Also, the text that follows is an example of how an individual, through a law-based battle, can influence the realization of the ideal of justice and the principle of fairness.
1. NATO aggression against Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Republic of Serbia
Historically speaking, since the beginning of the civilization to this day, every country had its enemies. These enemies, whether they were in the country itself or they were other countries, had their goals and interests, sometimes publicly proclaimed and sometimes skillfully kept out of the public eye.
In the world we are currently living in, there are many different countries that have mutually conflicting interests. This can lead to conflicts of lower or higher intensity, and, unfortunately, in many cases, it can lead to war.
War always aims to subjugate one or more states to the aggressor. At the time this text is being written, a conflict is raging that concerns all those who are committed to peace, prosperity, and progress for every individual and society. The conflict between Ukraine and Russia, which is currently unfolding, however, in our unbiased opinion (and we allow that someone might think and conclude differently), could have been anticipated if one looked at it impartially and without hatred in its entirety, what preceded it, and what followed it, namely, the NATO aggression against FR Yugoslavia and Serbia.
The armed attack of NATO on FR Yugoslavia, or the bombing that began on March 24, 1999, was preceded by various and diverse pressures, primarily political, but also economic sanctions, media isolation, and a kind of informational warfare. These pressures, embodied in everything mentioned, are referred to in contemporary theory as hybrid warfare and are still in action today, in a not insignificant number of modern conflicts. These aspects of hybrid actions by Western countries led by the United States, supported the subversive and inflammatory actions of Albanian separatists in
