The American Truck Driver’s Guide to Longevity: The HWY 1 eBook Adventure Supplement Series, #1
()
About this ebook
This book is a supplement guide to the "San Paso Truck Stop - Resting While Traveling" book and to our knowledge it is the first of it's kind. The first half of the book uses Real-time inventory advice from an AI - ChatGBT to be specific - and the second half of the book is developed from the author's personal experience traveling across 32 states and 5 countries via Penske trucks, eBikes and Subarus.
Due to the massive January rains of 2023, the highway along Big Sur was washed out worse than before. So, the author took a 90 mile detour and this mini-book shows future truck drivers, travelers and bicyclists just where they can go to do something as simple as rest.
The San Paso Truck Stop has several acres of land for Big Rigs, cars, vans, and support vehicles, and bicyclists. The convenience store has all the tasty foods and healthy drinks that hot adventurers could ever want.
Whether you are trucking or traveling north to Seattle, Washington; or south to San Diego, California; East to Ocean City, Maryland; or West to San Francisco, California this supplement guides you to the BEST products and advice available by someone who has been to all of those places and more.
The AI gives you tangible products to enhance your driving experience and keep you safe. The author highlights seasoned travel advice and daily living advice so that you can benefit and live your BEST LIFE!
(Please Note: This is the First supplement of the Bicycling Highway 1 eBook Adventure series. We don't know if there will be more, but if so, we will happily ePublish them.)

About the Author
Publisher page
5th Dimensional Publishing House began as the mad child creation
of Heidi-Daryl Von Dunker when she learned that authors only got 2.5% to 5% of their entire royalties. Bookstores, warehouses, and publishers gobbled up the rest. She thought the royalty imbalance was preposterous, financial cruelty for a 400+-year-old industry to do to its creative geniuses.
Even Stephen King never got more than 5% of his work!
So, she set out to create an ePublishing House that gave authors 100% of their royalties by only charging a flat fee for the creation of the electronic book itself.
The Icon is a Belgian King’s Ring from Thailand - commissioned by Major E. Mark Dunker and given to her mother, Barbara Leilani as a surprise homecoming gift in the 1970s!
Kings Ring 2.7 MB Large.pngIt was stolen in Reno, Nevada 2020, and has yet to be recovered. If you see it in your travels, please turn in the thief and let us know.

Dedication Page
This book is dedicated to truck drivers, the US Military, and their families, as well as travel adventurers who love crossing the United States of America and seeing all she has to offer
- Especially Abe.
I pray you enjoy both sections - the AI and the Human Touch.
I had fun creating it for you and enjoyed the writing exploration and stretch as an author.
Fundamentally, I would like to ease any of your own fears using our planet’s first AIs. I would also like to remind you just how valuable and heart-touching the Human Touch is all by itself. The two book sections couldn’t be more different, yet they bring you the best of both worlds so you can live your BEST LIFE!
The first Truck Driver I ever knew was Abe. He lived on 1 acre of farmland in the middle of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. When he was home, he grew an entire acre of food and sold/gave the food to the poor living in the area. He was a gentle, beautiful soul who loved nurturing others and learning new things.
I had no idea he was a Truck Driver until he finally had enough money to buy his own Big Rig. He had used company trucks for decades before he could afford the $75,000 required for his own. Then, he bought it free and clear with no strings attached.
Everything about Abe's life IMPRESSED ME! His ethics, community outreach, frugality, wisdom, and wealth of knowledge.
At one point, the city tried to shut his community garden down - citing that he didn’t even own the land.
Oh my Lord in Heaven, you have NEVER SEEN city citizens come out in droves supporting him and his goals! Tens of Thousands came to his rescue - paid fees and fines and helped him get the paperwork together so he could own the land as a gift From the People.
It was one of the most beautiful moments of citizen solidarity I have ever witnessed, and I loved it!
At the time, I earned $3.54 an hour. Abe's garden helped me survive in a harsh country that doesn’t let you garden where you want, much less on your own property.
The Big Rig was Massive and had everything a person could want. However, he said it was a lonely life. He needed the city citizens as much as they needed him. It made coming home worthwhile and lovely.
Prologue
I have only driven across the country twice - both times by truck - 2,800 miles. While I saved $1,400 in gasoline, I needed most of the items in this book, yet couldn’t find a reference book like this one.
Then, in 2023, I decided to ride up Highway 1 by eBike. I ran into the same issues - Even on an eBike!!!
I couldn’t believe the issues, mechanical problems, and carpal tunnel pain after only 1,200 miles. It was a real eye-opener.
And all along the way, I saw truck drivers suffering too. That’s when I realized that Truck Drivers needed a book like this for their
