SETTING THE STAGE
Ihave always been one to ask, Have you considered higher education?
It’s how I start conversations these days. I do this because there are so many people with degrees they do not use and have no idea that they can use them as a specialty degree. What I’ve learned is that most people get specialized degrees only looking at a one-dimensional approach to their career goals. They hardly ever consider Higher Ed. My goal is to change that by sharing insights on how being an adjunct or higher-ed professor can help.
