ANIMALISTIC—BOO!
ANIMALISTIC—BOOHOO!
ANIMALISTIC NEGOTIA-BOO!®
We’ve heard of the lion as the king of this,
And the king of that;
Despite the presence of most of the jungle’s
big ferocious, powerful animals
and merciless predators,
the Mountain Lion declared itself king
with neither opposition nor challenger!
A Fiction and a Fable
The Mountain Lion declared kingship of the North American Biome.
All of the big-cats of north America: the Margay–Leopardus, the Bobcat, the Leopard, panthera-pardus, the Canadian-Lynx, the Jaguar–Panthera, the Oncilla–Leopardus, the Tiger, the Ocelot–Leopardus—as well as bigger mammals like the Big-Bear, the Elephant, the Dragon, the Rhinoceros, the Hippopotamus, the Camel, and the Giraffe—all gazed in awe at the Mountain Lion as he continued his announcement, dashed from one mountain to the next, declaring himself as the king of the North American Biome…whereas none of these animals could step up to challenge the Mountain Lion, AKA the Puma, Felis concolor.
