Through challenging and unfair situations, LMF shows us that it’s possible to move forward in life and learn to make the best of most situations and opportunities that come our way, even when “Life Isn’t Always Fair!”

Many people growing up often feel inadequate. as a former probation officer, executive/life coach and professor, Dr. S.K. Grunin learned how to fit in uncomfortable situations, through humour and working with others. She believes that it is important that children learn at a young age how to manage these issues and use humour to build their self-esteem. Thus, she created Little MisFit (LMF) a fictional character who, through humorous tales, shares life lessons that she learns as she is growing up. Through these stories, LMF describes how she learned to overcome many life challenges and accept who she is as a person.
