However, no matter how hard I played, my skills did not improve and I always had to type GG
because I lost to my opponent during PVP games. A friend of mine gave me a StarCraft guide and told me to improve my skills by studying the guide. Let's talk about mind first and why your positive mind is basically the VIP pass to a successful and happy life. Your mind is the captain of your ship, steering you through the epic adventure called life.
Your mind is like a magnet for vibes – positive or negative. Positivity attracts success and happiness, making each day a bit more awesome. On the other hand, negativity attracts failure and sadness, making each day miserable and unfortunate. So what is positive and negative mindset? Let's dive a little deeper into the groovy world of positive and negative vibes that crash our mental parties. Imagine your mind is the trendiest hangout spot in town, and these vibes are the characters shaping the vibe of your personal soirée.
The Danger of Negative Vibes:
Negative vibes are the party crashers you didn't invite. They're the thoughts that weigh you down, create self-doubt, or just make your mental dance floor a bit gloomy. Imagine you trip in front of a crowd, forget your lines in a presentation, and your phone dies when you need it the most – that's a negative vibe masquerade. Their negative vibes can bring down the energy of the entire party.
A consistently negative mindset can drain your own energy and impact the vibes you bring into social situations. It's like trying to dance at a party with weights on your ankles. A negative mindset often leads to a deep, dark dungeon of self-doubt. It's like being stuck in a maze where every turn echoes with thoughts like I can't do this
or I'll never succeed.
Confidence takes a hit, and it becomes challenging to believe in your own abilities. Breaking out of this dungeon requires a powerful mindset shovel to dig through those self-doubt walls. Negativity can put a strain on relationships. Constantly viewing things from a negative lens can make it difficult to connect with others. Friendships may suffer, and romantic relationships can become bumpy rides. It's like trying to sail a boat with a leak – the negative mindset is the leak that needs fixing for smoother sailing. Ultimately, a persistently negative mindset can feel like a missing puzzle piece in the picture of a happy life. It's not that the positive experiences and joys aren't there; it's just that the negative mindset makes it harder to recognize and appreciate them. It's like having a beautiful puzzle but not realizing how amazing it is because one piece is hiding.
A consistently negative mindset can lead one to mental health problems. Some individuals facing mental health challenges might not get the help they need. When emotions get overwhelming, it can lead to extreme actions such as school shootings. Think of it like a pressure cooker – if there's no way to release the steam (emotions), things can build up and get really intense.
I used to be caught up with negative vibe for a long time. When I was a teenager, I was not happy with the fact that I was quiet and self-conscious. Because of my traits, I thought all my classmates hated me. I was so afraid of my classmates finding out that I was a self-conscious boy so that I didn’t even talk to them or approached to them. I kept living in this way until I had no friends in a senior year at high school. My grades kept dropping. Without knowing, I was making myself miserable and nobody would care that I was having this problem.
So why are people caught up with negative mind? Well, there are several reasons for it as below.
Social Influence:
We're all influenced by the people around us, whether it's friends, family, or even the characters we follow online. Sometimes, negativity can spread like a virus. If you're surrounded by people who constantly focus on the bad stuff, it can start to affect your mindset too. It's like catching a cold, but instead of sniffles, it's negative vibes.
Inner Critic Unleashed:
We all have this little voice inside our heads – let's call it the inner critic. It's the one that whispers things like You're not good enough
or Everyone else is better.
When we listen to this voice too much, it can lead to self-consciousness, which can lead to a negative mindset. The inner critic can be loud, but learning to turn down the volume on those negative thoughts is a superpower we all possess.
Fear of Failure:
A big player in the negative mindset game is the fear of failure. It's like a shadow that follows us, making us worry about not being perfect or falling short
