INTRODUCTION
We humans have gone through the roughest and challenging times of history to live in a modern world that we live today, with the knowledge and ideologies from the past that shaped us to a modern human. We assume that the technological advancements in the last two centuries will be a base to build our future.
Today we excel in every field new fields are being created and they pave way for new opportunities for new jobs. We tend to balance the unemployment and people and corporate that desperately are in need of new and skill full workers for works to be accomplished. This is an important event that takes place in today’s world. This is what the world has become today. All humans train and educate themselves from their young age for taking up a job in the future which is the root for survival. And this cycle will be repeated for generations. In this chaotic world, the professional working time extends into the family time and thus collapsing the family time.
From the past, the theories and ideologies have been occupied in human minds leading to many debates and bloody wars. without understanding the core of existence and the purpose of our existence. We hardly have an understanding of our creation or a fruitful path to the future. Mostly, when we cling to a particular ideology, we happen to develop an egoistic mindset of defending it, both intellectually and by physical combat.
The world has mainly two dominant ideologies, Those are Theist
and Atheist.
Let’s not take up the many categories of theist, that are religious believers, into consideration. Both the groups can be seen as rivals. The rivalry is between ‘Science’ and ‘Religion.’ Today as modern humans, we live in a world where both factors coexist with each other.
It is said that,
Religion is the path of Enlightenment
and
Science is the path of Knowledge
In reality, these two might be the rails that run parallel to each other. But at one point of time, the lane intersects for the train to change lane. This is where science and religions combine. That is, human will unanimously have some ‘Knowledgeable Enlightenment.’
This will be achieved by ‘Agnostic thoughts.’ Agnosticism is the ‘Reinforced Concrete Slab’ (RC) that balances both religious and scientific ideologies. Without RC, both the rails have no purpose. Agnostic though gives us limitless boundaries to think and to explore reality. On the way of exploration, Agnostic thought will understand all scientific and religious thoughts in the quest to obtain ‘Knowledgeable Enlightenment.’ Let us throw our ego aside and seek the truth. If we don’t get answers, at least we should get an understanding for ourselves. This book gives such an understanding and let us join hands as one big ‘Human Community’, to seek secrets of reality.
CHAPTER 1. UNDERSTANDING HUMANITY THEN AND NOW
Before travelling into the book with me, just try to answer these questions; where did we human beings come from? Do you have an answer? Or you’re confused?
This question has always been a million dollar question, and will be so forever. No one has ever found an answer for it but yet we do believe in our own assumption about our creation.
The theories go like this, we were evolved from apes 8 million years ago; created by God or created by Aliens. Are you one among such believers? Yes, you are. This is a question which would have been raised at least once in your life time. You might have thought about the way we were created. Like creation by God, creation by aliens or by evolution. These are the three main categories in which we stick upon when asked about our origin. This is not our own thought. These are the thoughts that got inculcated within our mind by the Society, Religion, Science, media and by our ancestors. You do have belief upon the way of our creation and without any proof. But you believe with what you believe.
We humans are different from other mammals in many ways. We claim ourselves to be social animals with a ‘Sixth sense.’ We believe that we do have reasoning skills. Do we have a better eye sight at night than a lion in the savanna? Or a telescopic eye sight that of a falcon that zooms its prey on the ground from the sky? Like animals and birds, can we predict a natural disaster that is about to strike us in a few minutes from now? No. But with the single factor ‘Knowledge’, we got a place in the category of The ‘SixthSense’
We may not have a good eyesight at night, but we do have night vision glass. We may not have a telescopic eyesight, but we have telescope. We also can predict natural disaster not by our instincts, but by our weather forecasting devices. With our knowledge, we tend to compete ourselves with the animals in the wild. All humans didn’t join hands to create a night vision glass, telescope or weather forecasting devices. It was created by one and everyone was benefited. In that case, one has that intelligence and knowledge which is shared by all humans. From where did we get this contemporary knowledge of gadgets and day to day usage of equipments in the past? Which motivated us to do so? Let us go back in time and see what we have to do upon our ancestral creation of modern traits.
In early days, we humans were all living together as a group for safety and shelter. So that they could feel safer and they could gather or hunt their food with one another’s help.
They were usually blood related, so naturally they had a self belongingness and they had responsibilities over their clan. They always stick together and living separately as an individual wouldn’t be possible. When time went by, when ancient human invented many tools and weapons, they got self confidence over themselves. Their hunting skills developed and their dependence upon others got minimised. They also started innovating new hunting techniques, combat skills and they channelized the way of living. This knowledge was inherited from our ancestors it was a huge leap for mankind and to be the modern human that we are today. At he beginning, humans used to get settled close to water bodies like
