Introduction
Thanks for getting this book.
You made a wise decision because the book will enable you to create engaging social media content quickly and easily.
The 365 social media post ideas are designed to copy and paste into your social media profile.
So you can save both time and money when it comes to content.
And after reading this book, you will want to take action fast.
Let me ask you a question.
Would you like me to help you increase your results 10x by passing along my done-for-you Canva templates?
When it comes to social media marketing, photo posts consistently outperform text-only posts.
That’s why I always recommend my clients use Canva–a free online design software–to create their social media posts.
For this, you have a few options.
First, you can do everything yourself and spend 10 to 20 minutes to create a single post. And that’s if you know what you’re doing. So it adds up to about 120 hours to create all 365 days of social media posts yourself.
Second, you can hire a designer to do it for you. It won’t be cheap, considering a professional designer typically charges $25 to $50 per hour. That could cost up to $6000.
Or you can take advantage of my 365 done-for-you health and fitness social media posts.
This package turned the same 365 ideas you will see in the book into done-for-you Canva templates that you can easily plug in and play.
And the best part is you don’t have to pay $6000 for the design, nor $600, and not even $100.
You will be able to turn everything you see in the book into engaging social media posts in the next 3 minutes without costing an arm and a leg.
You can go to the website https://easyfitnessbranding.com/done-for-you to claim your special offer.
Part 1
365 Social Media
Post Ideas
The book's first part is 365 Social Media Post Ideas.
All the content in this part is written for the social media context, so you can easily plug in and play for your social media marketing.
You can either copy and paste these ideas, customize them for your local area or create a post image.
If you want to use them on an image-based social media platform, such as Instagram, you definitely will need to create post images for them; I highly recommend Canva - powerful free software that helps you get the job done quickly.
Also, if you are too busy to create this content yourself, my team has turned all 365 social media ideas into done-for-you Canva templates; you can go to
https://easyfitnessbranding.com/templates to check them out and get all of them for a special discount.
100 Fitness and
Bodybuilding Tips
1. Stay committed.
Bodybuilding is a lifestyle in and of itself that requires you to ditch your old habits and adopt and hone new ones. Being half-hearted about bodybuilding won’t give you the results you want no matter how hard you try. Commit your energy, time, and effort and nurture strength, willpower, and self-discipline.
2. Nurture a genuine desire.
The decision to embark on your fitness and bodybuilding journey should always spark from a genuine desire to make your body healthier than ever. It isn’t something you do as a simple part of your New Year’s resolution. You need to stay on track and avoid straying away from your goal.
3. Assess your body.
Determine the specific parts of your body that require more attention than others. Maybe your arms are flabbier or your midsection has gotten fatter than other parts of your body. Assessing your body will help you come up with a program that focuses on your problem areas.
4. Come up with a plan according to your goals.
Set specific goals you wish to achieve and give yourself a definite deadline on when you should reach them. Make sure your plans and goals are always visible to you to serve as a constant reminder and be accountable for them.
5. Manage expectations.
While you can lose weight in a month, you won’t get ripped in such a short time. Set realistic expectations of your progress within a specific timeframe. Not managing your expectations properly may only lead to regret and disappointment. The secret to success is patience.
6. Evaluate your lifestyle.
Will you do your routine before or after your duties for the day? How many hours do you plan to work out per week? Will you still have enough energy for school or work? What habits should you eliminate from your life? Evaluate your current lifestyle and prioritize accordingly.
7. Keep a journal of your progress.
Take note of your weight on day 1 and use a fat caliper to measure your body fat. Take pictures of your body specifically your problem areas. Compare your measurements throughout your progress to stay motivated in achieving your goals.
8. Don’t forget your hormones.
Estrogen is in charge of womanly curves while muscle development is the main job of testosterone. This is why muscle mass grows quicker in men than in women. It shouldn’t be an issue for the ladies because they are more focused on shaping and toning instead of gaining bulk.
9. Say no to comparisons.
Every person has a different and unique ability to gain muscles, which means you can never track your progress by comparing yourself with someone else, even when the two of you started on your journey simultaneously. Focus only on your development and compare
