Moving Forward - Antônio H. de Paula BIOGRAPHY
This work is the realization of a dream by Antônio Henrique de Paula, a self-taught musician and a mechanic by trade.
He now shares the story of his life and the family of Mr.
Manoel Davi de Paula and his wife Dona Maria Rosa de Jesus. They moved from the municipality of Galileia, MG, to Governador Valadares, also in the state of Minas Gerais, in 1960. They were brought there by their eldest son, Benedito Henrique, who had started his military career in the 6th Battalion in the São Raimundo neighborhood. Through divine inspiration, he saw the potential in the area and brought the entire family there to embark on a new journey.
Years later, at the age of 69, the author, who has been a resident of the United States of America since 1994, brings this story to life. It begins when he, at the age of 6, started his life journey in Governador Valadares, MG. Hence, the title of the book: Tocando em Frente
(Moving Forward), a name suggested by his first daughter, Camila Aparecida de Paula. On behalf of his other children, Carine Alexandrina de Paula, Poliana Henrique da Costa de Paula, and Antônio Henrique de Paula Júnior, the author invites everyone on this journey from Galileia to the United States of America.
So we continue, 'moving forward,' by the grace and mercy of the Creator, until He calls us back to our Father!
concludes the author, Antônio Henrique de Paula.
