I dedicate this book to the spiritual mediums Jill, Elizabeth, and Suzie and the spirit beings who supplied spiritual information to them for me. Of the many people who helped me along the way, these three provided me with the most useful information I needed to co-create. Without them, I could not have done the things I did, nor could I have written this book. They are its stars. My love for you is constant.

Introduction

As the subtitle suggests, this book is about co-creating with spiritual beings. If I had been asked a couple of decades ago if I wanted to do that, I would likely have answered, ‘If there is such a thing, I am not qualified.' And yet it happened. This book is about those spiritual experiences; and during one of them, a reading that took place in October 2018, Spirit said the title of the book I was writing is The Response from My Soul.

A key part of my personal co-created self-healing program was how I increased my level of self-love, which included continually speaking out loud or to myself the words ‘I am love.' Sometime after doing this, while in my lanai, I thought I heard a nice but quiet-sounding music coming from a neighbor's home. After focusing to hear it better, I realized it was my own voice coming from inside me, repeating ‘I am love.'

At first, I thought that happened because I had repeated those words so much, but then I realized those words came from my soul. Who else would sound like me and say those words from inside me but my soul that resides in me and is love? I believe this was a way for my soul to ‘respond' to and show support for what I did.

The spiritual experiences of learning about, working with, and learning from people on the autism spectrum were enjoyable and thought provoking. Hoping some on the spectrum will read this book, I use green print ink, and I've simplified writing rules. I believe they prefer that, and as it turns out, so do I. I hope readers not on the spectrum still see merit in the subject matter, and I ask for forgiveness from my former English teachers.

I write about spiritually gifted people who accomplished much good with their knowledge. They were instrumental in helping me better understand concepts that are not well known but exist. Their courage to publish their spiritual knowledge and what they did with it gave me the courage I needed to follow in their footsteps. I recommend each person and book mentioned as they can more fully explain the spiritual concepts I write about. I will always honor these people for the good they have done for me and others.

Co-Creation is collaboration between talented spiritual beings with much higher levels of consciousness, frequencies, and access to useful information and human beings who are interested in the same things and are open to learning from Spirit. The spiritual entity better understands the laws of the universe, spiritual and natural, and is without ego; and the physical entity accepts the information as a starting point, experiments with it, experiences it, and puts it to good use.

Despite only having a fourth-grade education, William E. Gray knew how to connect to the spiritual and to co-create with Spirit; and because of that, he was accomplished at everything he did, including becoming an amazingly effective lifelong energy healer. Inventor Nikola Tesla, who had at least one year of college, knew how to connect to the spiritual and to co-create with Spirit; and because of that, he came up with many patents related to electricity, including motors and devices that use alternating electric current that serve us well to this day.

Well-educated Albert Einstein knew how to connect to the spiritual during daytime naps and to co-create with Spirit, and because of that, he is known as one of the greatest scientists ever. Who among us would take away the healings Bill Gray did or take away the good Tesla and Einstein did because the information they used originated from the spiritual realm rather than traditional physical sources?

Learning about the concept of co-creating with spirits fascinated me. But I was not open or looking to do that, nor did I consider myself a candidate to work with them. Yet a failing family business I managed and health issues I experienced led me to a path to do just that. Instead of connecting directly to the spiritual, like my three heroes did, desperation and serendipity led me to see a high-integrity, spiritually well-connected physical medium who channeled spiritual information for me. I got hooked because of the quality of the information and because I felt better after the first session. All I did was listen to words, but somehow those words carried healing energy. My curiosity led me to find other high-integrity, well-connected mediums, including one in my own home.

Even though my logical mind told me it was impossible, it felt natural when I became an energy healer. We all have spirit guides who might stay with us for our entire physical lifetimes, but sometimes a switch is made. That happened to me when the baton was passed to a group of nine—eight from one level and an overseer from the next level. These nine guides and I co-created an energy-healing technique different from the one I learned, a method to self-heal and a way to help us adapt to rising earth vibrations.

I then put them to good use for me and others. Even though I have yet to see the document, my spiritual guides assure me I am under contract to help others learn about these things. I also write about other spiritual connectors and light workers who have or are doing similar things, and more are likely on their way.

Part of my contract assignment is to write this book. Over half of the words in it come from the spiritual realm because I want to make sure the reader sees the information I used originates from Spirit and not from me. All I'm doing is connecting the dots. If you are open to receiving spiritual information, pay attention to how you feel when you read their words. If certain ones raise an emotion in you, they may have special meaning for you because spiritual information is frequently universally applicable. If you suddenly feel better, you likely received healing energy that came with the spiritual words.

This spiritual learning, co-creating, and writing were difficult and time consuming; and because they are so different, they were a serious challenge to my long-held belief I was an open person. Some of my difficulties are included in this book because Spirit wanted that and not because I wanted to broadcast them. This new earth energy requires us to think differently and Spirit getting me to work on my personal difficulties like they suggested serves as an example of how to do that.

Opening to Spiritual Information and Energy-Healing Work

For twenty-seven years, I managed my family's wood products firm in Bethel, Maine. The business that made parts for the furniture industry was started by my father in 1958, and before he died in 1979, it was passed on equally to me and my siblings though I was the only one who worked there. The company grew rapidly between 1982 and 1995; and in the late 1980s and early 1990s, for five years in a row, we were named one of the top one hundred companies in growth by Wood and Wood Products Magazine. I had a knack for finding, recognizing, and using good ideas; and somehow, I knew beforehand what was going to work.

I also had a knack for knowing when there was trouble ahead. In 1988, I was manning a booth at a woodworking show on the West Coast when I was approached by a Chinese businessman. He knew of our new advanced product line which used radio frequency energy to bend solid wood, and he wanted to buy our technology and to manufacture our orders in his country for us to sell to our customers. He was incredulous when I refused, but given the benefit of his much-lower manufacturing costs, I knew then difficult times were ahead for us. I vowed to compete, and because of our previous successes, I thought we could.

We continued to have good years, but that abruptly changed in 1995, when we lost a quarter of our customer base in a very short period of time. To counter that, we added more product lines and purchased expensive equipment that allowed us to do a combination of things no other US wood products firm could do. We hoped that would make us more valuable to our remaining customer base and others, but they were also struggling to stay in business. Rather than using our new capabilities to come up with new furniture designs as we had hoped, they told us to cut prices on current items.

Half my time during a two-year period was spent away from home trying to hold on to existing customers and to drum up new business. I was disheartened; and long-held exhaustion with brain fog that caused functioning, speaking, and thinking problems worsened. I had previously looked to conventional medicine for help, and though nothing seemed to work, I started looking there again.

Dr. J, a physician with a holistic approach, had a reputation for being able to help people when other physicians could not by combining alternative medicine with conventional. He started the approach when a patient he once had could not be helped using the tools he then had. I asked if he thought any of those alternative methods might help me deal with my symptoms, and he said kinesiology and energy healing might. Dr. J's combined treatments helped me, but the two-hour drive to his office was taking too much time away from my work.

Dr. A opened a practice that was closer, so I began to see her. With an education that included a medical PhD and experience in medical research, she suggested supplements and lifestyle changes. Her explanations about how the body works were fascinating, and she talked about inflammation before most others did. During one of my visits when I was stressed out because things looked particularly bleak with the business, she wondered if me seeing her friend Gloria who was a gifted medium might help. Though I'd never had a reading and was doubtful of its value, I made an appointment because I was desperate.

On the drive to Gloria's house, I kept saying out loud, ‘I can't believe I am doing this.' The sentence started up again in my head when I held hands across a table with her. Spirits who come through in readings often provide information for the person having the reading for validation purposes, and this happened for me. My aunt Clarice mentioned her specialties of apple pie and boudin (blood sausage), which she served when we visited. Several other deceased family members came through, including my father, my older brother, another aunt, and an uncle. My father and brother were excited a spirit named Bob was with them. Recently deceased Bob had been our CPA, and after he retired, he became a director of our company and was a good friend to our whole family.

The reading was very interesting, but the best part for me was realizing while driving home that I was feeling better. I continued to see Gloria periodically because I wanted to learn more and I always came away feeling better. She was the first to open me up to the vast amount of beneficial information that is available from the spiritual world, including information on past lives. Initially I did not know what to make of the concept; but I felt more comfortable with it after reading Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian L. Weiss, MD, chairman emeritus of psychiatry at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, who used it in his work.

When Gloria wanted help for herself, she went to see Jill, so I decided to try that. I learned Jill was a pure channel medium, which meant she allowed her physical body to be temporarily used by a beneficial spirit. A former nurse and Reiki practitioner, she did this to help clients with spiritual information and energy work. During the first part of her sessions, Jill and I chatted seemingly about most anything, including problems and issues she had in the past and how she resolved them usually using spiritual principles. That helped me resolve some of my own problems.

For the second part of the session, we moved to a treatment table for energy-healing work; and Jill allowed her spirit guide, Toujoie, to come through her. Jill's English voice changed to a masculine French accent, and the energy work he did through Jill was wonderful. For the third segment, we went back to sitting on her couch, and Jill remained in the pure channel mode so I could speak directly to Toujoie. For the closing, Jill dropped out of the pure channel mode, and we discussed what had taken place. Most sessions lasted a little over an hour, but the first was four hours long.

Before another session started, Jill hands me the book Love without End: Jesus Speaks by Glenda Green because Spirit told her to do that. I read it three times in a row because it contained amazing information about the universe, science, structure, and how the spirit world connects with life on earth.

During another session, Jill said ‘Your daughter loves her daddy' even though I had not mentioned the issue. Her comment caused me to look differently at the relationship I had with my daughter, and without saying anything to her, our relationship immediately improved. This was a tremendous gift from Spirit and a good example of the power that comes from being able to change one's perspective.

‘Open to receive the Christ within. Anything less is the human condition. What you seek, you already are. There is need for acceptance. You need to go into sacred space, the extra mile. If you wonder if you are okay, it means that you are not there. Work within only to mend. You pay a consequence, a tariff if you do otherwise.'

‘How do I get into the holy state?'

‘There should not be a question as to whether you are in a holy state. You are always in a holy state, not there if you still question it because, if it doesn't feel like it, you think it can't be. Go further. Feed your curiosity. What do you need to know? Your vibration has gotten faster. You should tell by feeling it. You took over the running of the family business because it was your duty. You need to give back the responsibility. No real passion. You have a life to live. Follow your heart's design, the bridge of trust to self, the inner sanctum. Open it up to the universe, that you wish to sell the business. You want somebody to buy it that has passion and is open to receive it. You are a facilitator. Where would you like it to lead you? Let creative juices run. Conjure excitement. Feel it fulfilled in your breast.'

‘What business should we have?'

‘You need to figure it out on your own. Otherwise, it doesn't work. You and Suzie need to bounce absurd ideas off each other. Life is supposed to be fun. Don't wait for change to happen. Do something about it now. Done it long enough, time for change. Don't wait to fall off the curb.'

‘When I am in trouble with the thought process, I change the sound, melody. I ask spirits for an upbeat song that comes through me. I sometimes don't know what it means. But it raises my vibration, the tone of calibration, the energy of excitement, and it results in peace and harmony. When I am around a lot of bad energy such as at conferences, I pull in the energy in my aura to within a half inch of my body. It looks very shiny, and I see it happening. We don't have to engage in the dark. It's good to show compassion, but don't add fuel by getting involved. We need to cut the strings to a lot of things.

‘Toujoie told me I did not come here to be safe but to live. Don't be afraid to be afraid. It's okay to be afraid. When I am anxious about something, it's to help me somehow. We need to go along with the ride. We don't need to be in control, in negativity. I let spirits take care of it. When I am at peace, everything changes. Others adapt to my way of being. If a conflict arises, don't bite. Wait, and don't relent. Feed peaceful energy to the person. It rejuvenates. Don't sympathize. Don't add to the problem. Others don't want to be fixed. Tell them to tell you if they want help.

‘I am not in fear of the dark side. If I need protection, I use it. I'm innocent until it presents itself to me. I give it to a higher aspect of God. I am my own protection. If I am suddenly tired, somebody took my energy. Don't blame others. They don't know. Replenish! I say I am fit and strong, and I hand it off. Be grateful if Spirit takes care of it. Be careful around children. You can suck up their energy once you know that you are no longer innocent. Just send love. Don't interfere with their integrity.

‘People are on different levels. It behooves us to use the knowledge, to be the knowledge. Tell less and less. Listen between the lines, and they will come up with the solution. It's nourishing, easier. Let go of grudges. There are no more gurus. It will be given to you. Thank them [spirits]. It empowers both. New truth brings you to new level. The mind is hungry to learn something.

‘You hear spirits better than you think. Ask them for help with the mundane. You need to open to receive. You have a busy mind. You need to quiet the mind. Allow it to roam. Rest sometimes. Have a favorite place to sit and roam. Do that at conferences. Allow your mind to go to a special place to sit and roam. Will your mind to do something pleasant. Talk with angels, spirit guides, spirits. Toujoie told me there is no shortage of them. You have a busy life, but a lot of connections must be made. Toujoie doesn't believe in sin. He believes experience is less than being whole and holy. All suffering teaches us compassion. You get more sensitive as you grow in time. You need to find ways to deal with it. You can help by not biting, listening, letting them figure things.'

‘Quiet is your friend. Learn to get there. So is the present moment. My now becomes my friend. Correct what is no longer true. Your mind is your worst enemy, not of few words. Discipline it. Shut it off by telling it you don't want to hear it or to come back later. Good night. I want to sleep now. Tell me later. Don't talk to me like that. You need to have the last word. Say something nice, mind. There is nothing you are telling me that I want to hear. The mind that is dictating to you is based in fear. Dedicate a small room to sacred space. Try to get to a higher form of consciousness. Make short stool for meditation. There is no requirement to suffer from Spirit. You should be happy, naturally.'

I told Jill a deeply religious employee named Oscar told another employee I was promoting the devil when I had them put spiritual symbols on our healing-energy-infused Whole Spirit Furniture line.

‘Somebody once questioned whether I was doing the right thing in God's eyes. I responded, "Who do you think I am working for?" You gave Oscar power when you didn't question his view of symbols. Oscar has no business in dealing with symbols. It's outside his realm. Integrity needs to come through the heart. Need to clear conscience. Be compassionate, and have total integrity. When ready, there is no anxiety, no excitement. You are grateful, in acceptance. Let child in you be amusing. God is not an establishment. Religion is. You need to say what you feel in the moment. To free yourself, be in the moment. Truth is stepping stone to where you want to go. We forgot too much. We live in total illusion.'

‘Body needs to find cellular memory, past life dedicated to finding it. When meditating, do not pay attention to what the mind is saying. Listen to the intelligent heart. Breathe deeply. Brain chatter dissolves in center. Make it simple. Don't feed the mind. You feed it by listening to it. Need to find balance, to come to balance. Need to learn patience. To learn how to meditate, keep practicing. Pay no attention to chatter. Just enter deep peace. I believe your reason for running the business has changed. Are you ready to sell?'

‘Do you have any comments about healing furniture?'

‘It is absolutely possible. Everything is possible. Whatever we believe in is reality. Best road is easy road, not so confined. You are operating with duty to employees. They, with duty to you. Direction is to go toward freedom. Need to change thoughts. How did you feel when you had decided in the spring to close the business? I also have trouble taking notes because, like you, I'm in a different world.'

‘I witness experience flowing through me. I don't take it personally. What I focus on grows. I pass it all. It doesn't have to bother me. I try to be comforting of others. I just watch. I had once been scared by an apparently negative entity. After a while of dealing with it, I told the entity that it is was perfect, and I thanked it for bringing up a fear. This entity is now one of my helpers, now working with me. Nothing is menacing. It is all part of God. Thoughts provoke. My energy gets fired up. You can't change another person. The only thing you can change is your own perspective. You can encourage a lot of things. Energy of the word. Power of sound. Let others take responsibility for themselves. It is your responsibility to heal yourself.

‘Take time with Suzie. Both of you are shifting. I have always believed in reincarnation. Has to be of the heart. You need to desire that she has her opinion or conception without hearing your opinion. Don't challenge. Everybody plateaus for a while. Be a complete mirror for opinion, quietly saying thank you. We're never static. We can rest on our laurels for a while, but things are always changing. The universe is a living thing. Change is always happening. We are here to experience and return to divinity. We are co-creators. Sound frequencies, sound word of God, our geometry, ancient name spoken in Aramaic, these are all healing. Peace first, then turmoil. Chaos keeps coming, and you don't get full peace.'

I talked about Lewis Smith, a former natural healer from the Miami area.

‘He used pure intent, and it is wonderful. I'm glad to see your juices going again.'

‘Can you give me information about selling our home and business property?'

‘I once had a client who closed the door on things that didn't serve her, and the gate just opened. When you close the door, you need to let it go, not carry it along with you. You really need to let go of attachments that have to do with the business [property]. Put it out there that you want to sell it and that there is a match for buying it.'

‘We discovered Suzie can receive spiritual information for my energy-healing clients, so we now work together. We are developing a program called Partnership-In-Healing that encourages clients to participate in the process. I also learned that Spirit participates in our sessions, so I was going to add them in our description, but then I decided it might be too much for people to handle.'

‘I think it would be better to have Spirit included because you have to start someplace in letting people know what is going on. There is always a pathfinder who starts something. To try to make it acceptable is a mistake. You don't know what people are thinking, and this could help them to open up. We need our men in leadership role to open this up. Visualization is good for everybody. When the inspiration comes through, it's time to move forward. I'm not berating you. You are a credible man, but you also are spiritual. I know it doesn't come easy for you. People need to know that it isn't always easy, but when someone like you does it, it makes it easier for others to do it.'

‘I'm gung-ho, but I sense some reluctance in Suzie.'

‘Does she not want the power of it? That could be it. It's a possibility. We think in terms of responsibility, but it really isn't. If you take your place with it, you can plateau for months, but once you do it, you can't drop back. There is something in you that won't let you. It's probably a lot of things. You can't go back to not doing it. You need to have patience with others. Everybody needs to stumble along the way. It takes time. She doesn't need to fight you to accept it. You have already done that for both of you. She is basically fighting herself. Obviously, this brings up old stuff. It cannot not do that. You have gone beyond the stage of having to apologize for what you are doing. You have to do what you need to do and be who you are. This is what you're here for. You already are who you are. It's just what you accept of it. Otherwise, you would not have listened to my inner counsel.

‘When I started, I had to simply take it one little step at a time. I finally came to the conclusion I needed to do what I was doing and that it wasn't my way. I said to Spirit, "You point, and I will follow." The energy was bigger than me. I had instances of absolute connection. How do you let that go? It was stronger than my resistance to change, and it still is. This is who I am, and it's getting wider until there are no doors, windows, or anything. I could not make it work with my husband who resisted and didn't like it, and I couldn't go back to what I had been. It was only toward the end of our marriage that he accepted it more, but it was too late. I tried every which way.

‘Finally I said, "This is who I am," and I stopped trying to please. Is it my issue if you aren't satisfied? If you aren't satisfied, then I am never going to be able to please you. I tried every which way to try to move my husband along so he understood and accepted it, but I couldn't do it. I stopped apologizing and said, "I'm sorry you can't accept what I do, and I'm sorry you can't let me help you." I missed a lot here. It was too soft. I said, "It will be what it will be." The hopes, dreams, and desires of your open heart and your intentions, you need to walk into that place no matter what anybody else says about it. You have a right to be authentic. What you need to do isn't a multiple choice. It is what it is. You may need to make a decision at some time, but it will be made within you. I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. I'm just reminding you.'

‘I have specific things I want Toujoie to work on today.'

‘You should know by now that Toujoie works on the subtle bodies. You are coming to the place where you find your voice. I learned a long time ago that I couldn't just turn everything over to Toujoie for him to decide. He said to me, "Oh, no, no, I don't want your power. It's my job to help you to remember, not to take over your power." He never ever told me what to do, nor did anybody else from the spiritual for that matter. He has always maintained that wisdom lies within you, where it is locked away. Their job is to clear that away so we can access it. So when you say "I know what I want now," that is when you really start. So congratulations, you have found your voice.'
