This book is dedicated to the rednecks of America and the world. They work hard and play hard. I am a proud redneck from Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida. Rednecks stand and salute the beautiful United States of America flag. I thank God and Jesus for all rednecks. Rednecks ride Harley-Davidsons and not rice burners unless money is tight. If money is tight, we work harder and improvise.

Rednecks know that freedom is not free, and fossil fuel is one of the greatest inventions of our time in delivering great power. Drill, baby, drill. Rednecks despise long-term and full-time corrupt politicians trying to impose socialism or communism on great Americans. We love the limited government mandated by the original thirty-page constitution. The politicians are parasites on the back of hardworking taxpayers. God bless the awesome, capitalistic, strong, free, conservative, and Christian United States of America!

Introduction

They call Washington, DC, the Hollywood for ugly people. That is where I want to go. I would fit right in with these folks. Have you seen Pocahontas or Bernie in bright light? It is scary stuff for sure and enough to chase a bear up a tree.

Well, well, it is just not the same. I liked the United States the way it used to be with limited government and no or very few corrupt politicians running around buying votes with free stuff paid for by hardworking taxpayers. Most politicians back in the day swore their life to the sacred constitution before getting elected to anything. That was a good thing. Creeps like Joe Biden or Kamala Harris could never make it through basic training. Kamala's former boyfriend Willie Brown should be punished for helping her get elected for the first time many years ago.

Our problems today were caused by worse and worse folks getting elected. Where is the holy man in a cave when you need him? All we have now in government are foolish, myopic children buying votes with other people's money. The wise men have left the District of Columbia and our state capitol, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Biden, Harris, and so many others must be dumped.

Let us go back to the 1950s when most politicians obeyed the constitution. During the 1960s, corrupt Democrats and RINOs such as Lyndon Johnson and Samuel Rayburn taxed, borrowed, and wasted trillions on the fight against poverty. It was really a Democrat and RINO voter support bill to get elected and reelected time and time again. All they had to do is stick with limited government and promote hard work.

Some of the civil rights laws were good, but the politicians exaggerated racism day and night to buy votes. We looked around as kids in Virginia and did not see many racists. It was a small group then and smaller now. Most Americans just want to work hard and have the government idiots leave them alone.

Let us remember that the poverty rate for blacks went down over 38 percent from 1940 until 1960. This is long before the corrupt politicians exaggerated racism to pass the civil rights laws and the long-term welfare programs that paid women more if their man did not live with them.

They spent so much money that they had to take the United States off the gold standard by 1971. Before this time, you could exchange a US dollar for a piece of gold. After this stupidity, the US dollar has been backed up by nothing. Many voters joined the religion of huge corrupt government in order to get massive welfare day in and day out. Many lazy folks ride welfare for decades and vote for only Democrats.

If you stop lying about us, we will stop telling the truth about you, said the corrupt Republican to the corrupt Democrat back in the 1960s. This group is known as the establishment or uniparty now. They are very bad for the American meritocracy.

This election process is like some odd, ill-conceived high school prom king/queen contest with many insults and lies flying around. I have learned that the voters are angry…and brutal. Some guy informed me that I have a big head the other day. I think he said my nose was crooked too. I have not heard these insults since the tenth grade.

Nancy, the wife, gave me a pep talk last week after several Dems and RINOs said some bad things about me. She said, You know all the candidates for US Senate are pieces of crap, including you. But you are my piece of crap. She is so sweet and inspiring.

She said we had a breakthrough polling at 1 percent during December 2021. Not showing off, not falling behind. Harris (Willie Brown's girlfriend) only had 2 percent in the Democrat primary when she dropped out. We had nine candidates, and I was the best qualified. One guy is criticizing General Michael Flynn. Good luck with that. Another guy used to be a Democrat. He has no chance. One guy was gleeful when the tattooed guy had a bad divorce. He showed his true colors shall we say. That is bad for him but good for me. The other guy lives in Connecticut and loves the World Economic Forum and globalism. The Muslim guy lives in New Jersey, hangs with Oprah, and is a citizen of Turkey. The MAGA crowd will love that guy.

We have lived in Pennsylvania for fourteen years. We live in Ashland. It is known as coal country and has so many kind and Christian folks. These good people work hard and play hard. The people are tough, yet kind. This RINO shook my hand the other day in Clifford but did not look at my face. I should have told them that if he did that in coal country, someone would punch him in the face. He is running for governor or lieutenant governor. The time for RINOs is over. We call them fake Republicans.

I met Bill McSwain, candidate for governor, at this long luncheon for voters and candidates. He is the lawyer Trump hired for US Attorney for Eastern Pennsylvania and loves to mention that Trump nominated him. Many folks say that McSwain would not investigate election cheating in the 2020 election and that Attorney General Barr told him not to investigate electoral fraud, but others say he is lying to get Trump's endorsement. Barr denied this claim. There are many opinions on this.

One person in Pennsylvania who I will not be endorsing is Bill McSwain for governor. He was the US attorney who did absolutely nothing on the massive election fraud that took place in Philadelphia and throughout the commonwealth, President Trump said during April 2022.

So many government employees are not doing their jobs and should be fired. Many voting machines were connected to Wi-Fi or the internet. This is very illegal and allows massive cheating. Check out www.frankspeech.com sometime for a lot of evidence.

There is a mountain of evidence of many government people violating our Pennsylvania and US constitutions in order to install creepy Joe. If half of this evidence is true, many people must go to prison. The folks who refused to investigate should be punished. Many in the Biden gang are anti-American criminals and/or traitors.

The socialist Democrats say Biden won Pennsylvania by 81,000 ballots, but we had 21,000 dead people vote. Trump had over one million patriots at his rallies nationwide. Biden had about 3,000. Also, the government idiots mailed out 1.8 million mail-in ballots, and 2.5 million were somehow counted just in Pennsylvania. See www.auditthevotepa.com and frankspeech.com.

What about my Democrat competition? Fetterman is my favorite. He is a very disturbing person. A very individual person. I told this kid the other day that if two limousines pull up, one with Fetterman and another with a stranger, get in the car with the stranger. That is from a bit by Wanda Sykes about Dick Cheney. Perhaps it will be a good stranger. That would be the safer, smarter option. The stranger has to be safer than Fetterman. Let us go with that.

Fetterman appears to love criminals, drugs, unnecessary union government jobs, and the Kardashians. What is not to like? He reminds me of the guy in tenth grade who sniffed glue at the back of the class at George Washington High School in Danville, Virginia. Perhaps he can represent conservative and Christian hard workers who hate big and corrupt government in the US Senate. Do their values align? He wants to have open-air safe injection sites for drug dealers and addicts. He will pay for this nonsense with our tax money, of course. It is reported that he lived off his parents' money until he was forty-nine years old.

It is just not the same. I loved America with limited government. We worked hard and played hard in Florida and Southern Virginia as children. We must have accountability and honesty from our folks in government. Too many of them are not doing their jobs. Many roads are crumbling, but they find plenty of money for welfare.

At least seven million work for the US government now. This is absurd. Over 20 million work for the local, state, and federal government. We must drain the swamp of the over 4,000 terrible government employees who are nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate. Our founding fathers would be very angry. Thomas Jefferson would shoot down a drone if it flew over Monticello. My platform is based on the values in the Bible and constitution. Isn't that enough? That was good enough for decades and decades until the socialists and communists cheated and got elected. We must remove them now.

You must be a nut to talk about politics and religion with total strangers. I met a veteran the other day. I said, Dave Xu, first-time candidate, I want to cut back government by at least 10 percent, and handed the guy my campaign flyer.

He glanced at it and gave it back and said, We must destroy the whole government. He then walked away.

How about 20 percent? Come back, sign this stupid form to get on the ballot, you piece of crap! I yelled at him. Being an Army veteran of thirty years, enlisted, OCS, Artillery, Airborne, LTC, MBA, Pentagon and combat duty, IT business owner, real estate investor, volunteer, and Christian helps in dealing with other veterans. But they are a grumpy bunch sometimes.

Veterans will say anything. We do not care what politicians or anyone in power says. I only care what normal, common people say. I am very irreverent. Most soldiers in artillery are like this and will cut off generals if they are being unsafe or just plain dumb. In the military we are both blue collar and white collar at the same time. Everyone chips in to accomplish the mission.

I have gotten kind of cranky. There are different kinds of cranky. Good cranky, saying the next generation is lazy. Bad cranky, criticizing someone's looks and intelligence to their face. I do not condone it. My administration does not condone it.

It is just not the same. We used to have two distinct parties in DC. What happened? The RINOs and Democrats are like one party now. I end my talks with Let's go, Brandon. It always gets a laugh. This RINO running for Lieutenant Governor Coleman gets up after I gave a short speech in Clifford in March 2022 to one hundred Republicans. He said something like he was so upset when he had to explain to his young daughter who Brandon is. He said that we should not insult folks like this and be bipartisan. Is that a joke? It just means that, in our opinion, Biden is a failed, corrupt, and long-term politician. Is this guy super RINO Mitt Romney's protege? This is opinion.

It also means that Biden and supporters lie all the time, just like that reporter who lied about what the NASCAR fans were chanting after the race. The weak RINOs are beta males and should just hang it up and become long-term baristas at Starbucks. He can have his safe zone there talking about race as the CEO suggested a while back. Coleman talks about kindness. Good luck with that in dealing with communists in the Democrat Party who will throw noncommunists in jail or exterminate them after they seize power. This is opinion.

Trump was right; RINOs suck and must be removed now. They are worse than Democrats because they infect our party and are enabling socialism and communism to flourish here in the land of the free and the brave the United States of America.

People will say anything these days. We saw two road-rage incidents driving to Clifford in March. The Democrats and RINOs will say anything. They know their time is coming to an end. Most Americans have seen all the corrupt and immoral folks exposed by Trump. Most polls show that most Americans are awake now and want to cleanse government of myopic fools lying every day.

January 6 was not an insurrection. Those folks were just very angry about all the election cheating and government fools not doing their jobs. I will tell you another thing. The government idiot who killed Ashli Babbitt should face a grand jury. What were the rules of engagement? Did he give a warning? Could he have retreated? Was she armed? I do not think so.

For example, the RINO local politicians say to me, You do not have billions and millions. And they say it like that is a bad thing. I have two words for these people who think I have no chance of winning the primary. Edward Durr. He defeated the horrible union-supporting Democrat guy in New Jersey for state senate with only about $8,000. The Democrat wasted over $300,000 mostly from union workers. Ed is my hero. My opponents have wasted over $30 million already on this senate seat. Most of them are pretending to be something they are not.

I speak the truth and do not care very much how you feel. I want to know what you think. Just give me the facts and opinions, and I will make a decision. I commanded three artillery units in the military, and my staff gave me facts, opinions, and two to three courses of action, and I chose one. We planned, executed the plan, and then evaluated the plan. That is the US military way. The 545 in DC do everything based on polls, emotions, money, power, fame, and moving us toward socialism and communism.

I worked at the Pentagon from 2006 until 2009 and saw many bad things. I worked on the Joint Staff. This the highest-level staff in America with about one thousand people. Do not let my Southern accent fool you. They do not invite fools to be on the Joint Staff. Well, perhaps a few fools slip through the cracks. I was a heartbeat away (just kidding). We prepared General Pace for meetings at the White House, National Security Council, and other places. We prepared two pages of facts, opinions, and two to three courses of action on many different issues.

I saw Democrats and RINOs support soldiers in public and then try to cut pay and benefits in private. Paul Ryan was the worst. They look at the federal government as a jobs program for voters. They only love ballots filled out for themselves. We have many unnecessary, high-paying union jobs in the Pentagon and throughout our bloated government. At least 7 million people work for our government. I saw partisans leak top secret information to promote different and false narratives. I saw goal displacement where you push your own goals over the goals of your supervisor or the president or secretary of defense.

General Pace got fired for supporting marriage only between a man and woman on TV and other things in 2007 while I worked on his staff at the Pentagon. He should have served four years as chairman of the Joint Staff. This is the normal situation. Bush, Obama, Biden, etc. ran him off after two years. He was the first Marine to be chairman. He was good to us, and we had some fun times. One day we had to run him down on the golf course at Fort Meade to sign something.

At the Pentagon, certain documents and orders must be signed by a one-, two-, three-, or four-star and no less. Sometimes a senior civilian can sign it. One day we needed a four-star and only had two on the Joint Staff. Admiral Giambastiani was out of the country, and Pace was nowhere to be found. An aide told me that those two did not get along very well. Pace would never agree to let Giambastiani live in the chairman's house on Fort Myers even though he would not use it himself. We finally found Pace on the ninth tee on the Fort Meade golf course and sent a runner for the signature. This is opinion, and my memory is less than optimal.

When the Obama-Biden gang came in, their priorities were not ours. They began talking about systemic racism and woke issues and neglecting national defense. Remember crooked Hilary flew to Russia with the red reset button from Staples. They allowed our folks to be slaughtered in Benghazi and then lied about it. They allowed weapons to sold to drug gangs in Mexico, which were then used to kill and hurt American border agents. These people are ideologues and not very bright. We observed these terrible people in leadership positions from the basement of the Pentagon. It was an ugly sight.

I saw lazy union people at the State or Peace Department refuse to deploy to Iraq and Afghanistan. We had to send more soldiers in their place. I met deep-state actors who bragged about going out for lunch and dinner with corrupt people in the House and Senate. I met Democrat and Republican generals who put their relationship with politicians above their oath of office to support and defend our constitution. Think Milley and Austin. I saw their schedules every day. I saw backstabbing generals trying to get that next star by telling their boss that their dumb ideas were great. Many generals are, yes, men and women.

I answered some letters from Democrats just trying to make Bush and the Republicans look bad. I answered one from Hillary Clinton just wasting my time. They say statistics do not lie, but statisticians do. We used to proofread White House speeches. Many speech writers are young and inexperienced. I caught an error in one of Bush's speeches. The politician can look good or bad depending on the time frame of the statistic or question. Are we talking about the last year or eighteen months? You get the picture.

I saw generals and senior civilians lie about lowering military standards for enlisting or reenlisting. It got so bad during the Afghanistan buildup that they lowered the standard for real teeth. You have to have a certain number of real teeth to join the Army. They lied about lowering moral standards regarding criminal convictions. They are still doing this stuff today and weakening our military. The good news is that about 80 percent of our troops will still fight and die for our constitution and would reject any illegal order. I talk with active soldiers all the time.

I saw the Chinese military shoot down an aging weather satellite, and Xi and the group dictators did not even know about it. I saw Putin and the Russians pretending to be a world power by sailing several ships in the Mediterranean Sea. The main ship broke down and had to be towed in to port. We had a good laugh at the Pentagon over that one.

I worked on the budget at the Pentagon. All the departments submit budget requests to the White House. They consolidate and adjust and send a phone book budget to Congress. We asked for thirty airplanes. The corrupt politicians gave us fifty. Why would they do that? The plane is made in twenty different states and fifty congressional districts. My numbers are off some, but you get the point.

Three teams monitor worldwide events in two hundred countries. I was on one of those teams within the Joint Staff. I was on duty when the Air Force folks flew live nuclear bombs from North Dakota to Louisiana. Many got fired for that stupidity. The general said, You know this is the generation that was told they were so smart and given medals just for competing and not based on merit. It sucks to be them. The folks on the ground mixed the live rounds and dummy rounds. The flight crew did not check the bombs under the wings. The ground crew in Louisiana caught the huge mistake and called us.

I saw many attempted and successful coups while working at the Pentagon. They happen all the time in poor and tribal nations. They had one thing in common. Many folks believed their government was illegitimate. I believe the Biden regime is illegitimate. We need an audit and vote on decertification now. If half the evidence is correct on frankspeech.com or peternavarro.com, the election was stolen. Many people violated our state and federal constitution and must be punished. Bill Barr just said many rules were not followed, but it was not his job to enforce our sweet constitution. This RINO and other immoral fools must be punished. The Supreme Court members should have stepped in to enforce our constitution, which says that the state legislators control elections and not corrupt people in the executive branch or Dems on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court who just approved a Democrat redistricting plan for our seventeen congressional seats.

The Democrats in our big cities have already made them tribal lands by buying votes with tax money. Many cities look like Somalia or Iraq or some corrupt, poor country in Africa or the Middle East. The roads have huge potholes, but they have plenty of money for welfare for free apartments and taxis. We must stop these Democrat fools now before America becomes a tribal and horrible place to live.

The thing is, countries with professional institutions can borrow money. Countries with corrupt institutions run by fools cannot borrow money. Who would loan money to Cuba and Pakistan?

Most Democrats in a recent poll said they would not fight or die for America if we are invaded. These people are weak and ignorant. We need a draft. You cannot have strong and patriotic Americans defending lazy and ignorant Americans. That does not work for long. Another draft would not have to be every young person. Perhaps one in four would serve to protect us and our freedom. Freedom is not free, and we must preserve our meritocracy.

Only 30 percent of people who try to join the US military qualify due to obesity, crimes, drugs, alcohol, and other stupidity. We must teach our youth good values. I suggest the values in the Bible and constitution. We need strong alpha males and awesome women in uniform now. These union teachers grooming beta males must be fired and now. This is a national security threat. We only have 2.2 million in uniform out of 330 million Americans. We will be invaded tomorrow if we become weak.

An uneducated people would not long remain a sovereign one, said Samuel Adams. He was a great leader in Boston and our revolution against the corrupt British monarchy and knew that we must properly educate our youth and inform our peers with the truth.

Putin and his gang thought that the Ukrainians would be weak and give up. They were wrong, and we should support them fighting for their freedom. Perhaps the corrupt government folks should have bought weapons instead of paying Hunter and Joe millions of dollars for nothing. The creepy Bidens should be brought before a grand jury asap. Hunter's laptop is real. Most media folks hid it before the election and are communists for sure. We should deport them to China or Cuba. The boat to Cuba would save us tax money. More than fifty immoral and lying former Democrat government idiots said the laptop was Russian disinformation, and the media and big tech folks covered it up to get creepy Joe elected. Somehow we must get back a tough and independent media.

I am the only US Senate candidate who worked at the strategic level at the Pentagon…for three years. We, as the most powerful, successful nation ever, have four ways to influence other nations. Diplomacy, information (speeches, true propaganda), military (show of force, kinetic operations, military equipment sales and training), and economics (trade, sanctions). That is the way DC is supposed to work. These foolish Dems and RINOs do everything now based on polls and getting elected. They are myopic or shortsighted and very dangerous. They will say or do anything for power.

The Democrats and RINOs are like one party. They made a corrupt bargain about sixty years ago. The Rep said, We will stop telling the truth about you if you stop lying about us. We will get rich by giving out massive welfare, and you get rich from waste, fraud, and abuse at the Pentagon and endless wars. By 1971, they had spent and borrowed so much that they took us off the gold standard.

The uniparty fools have wasted over $24 trillion since 1964 on welfare buying votes from many folks who refuse to work. We must cut this crap and pave the roads. Many Americans are ignorant of this childish behavior by politicians like Biden, McConnell, Ryan, and Harris. They think it is still 1984 with Reagan in the White House.

Biden and other fools surrendered in Afghanistan. That was not a withdrawal. The Taliban did not kill one American in eighteen months during the Trump administration. They killed thirteen of our troops and injured many more due to the weak and corrupt Biden team. They should be impeached or worse now. About half the Democrats are really dumb and corrupt and want socialism or communism and must be removed from government. I used to count every single rifle and pistol once a month as a unit commander and would be fired and thrown in Fort Leavenworth if one was missing. Why is Biden not held accountable for leaving $84 billion of great US military equipment in Afghanistan? It is just not the same. Many generals were fired during WWII. Did anyone get fired over this? Did anyone quit? The so-called leaders we have now are the worst. I would not follow them to the bathroom. Austin, Milley, McKenzie, etc. should be fired and punished.

The current-day Democrats are just like the weak and dumb Truman gang in 1951. They refused to destroy the Korean and Chinese armies to achieve total victory that year. There would be no North Korea threatening the South Koreans and Japanese if Truman had completed the task at hand. I guess he was too busy getting drunk in Key West, Florida, to notice. He had a huge advantage on the battlefield and with the US economy and war machine at that time. The Chinese commies were weak from pulling off the civil war in 1949. Biden should be incarcerated for killing thirteen Americans and wounding many more in Afghanistan during 2021 with his stupid surrender.

We must cut back the power of the Federal Reserve. This iteration was started in 1913 and enables huge, corrupt government. Andrew Jackson, my redneck hero, got rid of it in 1832. Nancy and I just toured his home in Nashville a couple months ago. These Dems and RINOs are supposed to enable steady growth in GDP with low inflation and unemployment. They cannot do that or forecast anything correctly, so now they are pushing fake climate change and fake racism. They raised rates to hurt Trump and lowered rates to help Obama, Biden, Clinton, etc. They print or create USD like drunken sailors. They do this through twenty-four big banks on Wall Street, and many people get rich off this crap. They are driving America toward bankruptcy. Printing so many US dollars hurts all of us because most of our pay and retirement is in US dollars. They fly to Jackson Hole on tax money and tell us how smart they are or how dumb most Americans are. The Fed is supposed to independent. It is not. These people go to the same parties. Dems, RINOs, deep-state actors.

Powell, Yellen, and other arrogant fools are cheering on more wasteful spending and borrowing to buy votes with free everything. Yellen had many security guards and vehicles paid for by us pick her up and drop her off at her house near DC. The neighbors complained that she thinks she is a queen. How about creepy Joe cruising around in an eighty-five-vehicle convoy in Rome last year? This is getting embarrassing. Is it just me or does Janet Yellen look like an older Pekingese dog?

The Fed has 780 economists. We need to cut back to twenty or no more than one hundred. The economists are ten to one Democrat to Republican. The economists working for the BOD are forty-eight to one Democrat. Perhaps it is time for layoffs? The NY Fed stands with those who oppose racism, hate, and violence. That sounds like the violent, immoral BLM or antifa fools. Created in 1913 and has seven on BOD and twelve regional banks, the Federal open market committee has twelve members (seven from BOD and five bank presidents).
