Driving into Deadwood, a tingle sent a shiver through Sadie Mae Miller. This town seemed familiar, but that couldn't be as this was her first and last rodeo in the historical town. After the drive all the way from Colorado to attend her last barrel race, exhaustion held her in its grip. At twenty-four, the time to hang up her spurs had arrived like a tornado on the prairie.
