About this ebook

The Hebrews tradition speaks of a annual cycle of events that reoccur in their "season". The author brings the reader along his journey involving the gathering and analysis of the data to determine if this tradition is fact or fiction. And, is there any information "written" in the stars, Mazzaroth, that confirm these events?

In this first issue of the Alter Called Witness, the author delves into events such as; The Binding of Isaac, Expulsion of the Hebrews from Spain, Destruction of the second temple and the conception of Jesus!

Alter Called Witness - Hollis Frances

    Introduction to the Hebrew Calendar

Hashem wants us to learn from the events He orchestrates. He doesn’t want us to think they happen randomly. And although we may be unable to recognize what is happening behind the scenes, the Torah tells us things are happening. ¹

I first heard of the Hebrew Calendar Pregnant year in 2019 when I started developing the format for the Alter Called Witness Periodical. The confusion came in the form of the Hebrew calendar is floating, or more accurately, oscillates back and forth within the Gregorian calendar that most of the nations use while the Hebrew calendar is for the nation of Israel.

2019 was a leap year, Pregnant Hebrew calendar Year, in which they add an additional month called Adar 1 to the end of their calendar. This month is added about seven times within a nineteen year span.

The rest of the world experienced a leap year in 2020 whereby only one day was added to the month of February.

Adding to my confusion is the fact that the Hebrew calendar has two different heads of the calendar. The Gregorian has only January as the month ‘Heading each New Year, the Hebrew calendar’s civil year starts on the 1st day of the 7th month which is called Tishrei. While the Head" of the spiritual calendar is on the 1st day of the 1st month called, Nisan.

Please reference figure 1 above. The two Hebrew Months; Shevet and Adar, with white background are from 2018. Notice how the Hebrew calendar in 2019 continues into the Gregorian calendar in 2020? The Hebrew calendar’s 11th, 12th and 13th months of 2019 also resides
