I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the two biggest skills you need to be successful in real estate investing are: knowing how to negotiate, and knowing how to evaluate a deal is the key to success in this business, or any deal for that matter!
Yet very few in the industry (investors, realtors, appraisers, etc.) ever truly master the valuable skill of evaluation. Believe it or not, after reading this book, you will probably understand this skill even better than most appraisers!
That’s what this book is going to concentrate on - evaluation! Negotiating is a subject matter unto itself, and will be discussed in detail in another venue.
