About this ebook
A Story about LUST, GREED and GHOULS!
Bonnie has a problem.
On a slow night at the Ludin Starlight Casino, she's sidelined while her gangster lover Murray plays cards and dice. Feeling dejected, she slinks back to their hotel room as ominous energies bubble and brew around her.
When Murray finally shows up he's got a bite on him. A bite from a creep that stunk of the grave.
Feverish and exhausted, he falls into a deep sleep. But when he wakes hours later, he's changed.
He's PALER. HUNGRIER. And a little DEADER.
As an army of ghouls surround the casino and loaf for fresh meat in the dark hallways, Bonnie comes to realize that her world has changed, forever.
Will she make it to daybreak with her body and sanity intact? Or will Murray turn her into a bloody buffet? Find out in the exciting SHORT READ, "The DEADERS"!
From indie author Kojo Ekon, writer of "The Velvet Witch" serial.

The Ludin Starlight Casino was a gaudy, anonymous dive of flickering lights, vice and faded glories.
It was the kind of joint where no one cared who you were, your income bracket, color or creed. If you paid for your game chips and fed the hungry slot machines continuously, they'd keep you up to your nipples in cheap booze all night.
There was a quasi-anonymity to the Starlight that attracted all types. Like out-of-towners, clandestine couples, old timers, bug eyed gamblers, stone faced card dealers named 'Smokey', and curvy types, like Bonnie Isabella.
Bonnie was a short brunette with dark eyes and pouty lips. She wore a black, clingy dress that looked poured on. Nursing a dying cigarette, she gazed glassy eyed over a thinning crowd of low rollers and geriatrics, false teeth and false smiles, flashing lights and aural distractions. She sat at a blackjack table orbiting her beau, looking bored and doing nothing to hide it.
It was nice to be out and about, but the glimmer and glitter of the casino wore Bonnie down with its fakeness. Intensifying her own fakeness.
Scantily clad hostesses kept offering Bonnie free drinks. She shooed them away and they went straight to her date, to her Murray.
Murray was a brute of a man with blue eyes, dark hair slicked back with pomade, and just enough scruff on his chin to
