Ann and Rachel met in the story Ravishing Rachel, though this book is a sequel to that story it also stands alone.

Ann and Alex have lived together of some time in an open lesbian relationship. So it was a bit of a surprise to Rachel when Ann took her home from the gym for a soak in her hot tub, aware of her involvement with Alex, but understanding she was working out of town. Alex returns home a week early. The three of them share an awkward moment in the hot tub until Alex breaks the ice and moves in on Rachel. Ann is forgotten and Rachel and Alex become infatuated lovers.

Ann, having been left high and dry from a series of unfortunate events, Alex out of town on another job and Rachel having to go to care for her mother for several weeks. Ann is feeling abandoned and pines away remembering that day in the hot tub dwelling on what could have been and wishing it could be resolved. Then as if an act of fate, Rachel comes to Ann’s and tells her she and Alex have had an terrible argument and Alex had left Rachel by herself.

Ann and Rachel patch things up and decide to do something they had often talked about but never followed through on. Ann had thought that Rachel and Alex might be likely candidates for a menage a trois but that crashed and burned before it ever got off the ground. So with renewed vigor, Ann, along with Rachel set their sights on a likely candidate. Resulting in very strange results.

Candice Christian

Candice was born in Paris KY on 9 January 1988. Her parents, George Bertrand Christian, an attorney who once aspired to be an actor, and Frances Hollowell insisted that Candice and her sister Simone, be sent to a Catholic school. Candice was deeply religious as a child, at one point thought of becoming a nun.

So Ann, came a woman's voice, aren't you going to save a little of that passion for me, too?

Rachel appeared shocked and visibly shaken. She moved to the edge of the hot tub and tried not to look over at the funkily dressed woman who was eyeing her body. Once I got over my initial surprise, I smiled and moved over to comfort Rachel.

Oh, Alex, I scolded, you should know better than to scare us like that.

Rachel looked over at the woman and then back at me. So this is Alex, she said quietly, uhhh....nice to meet you.

Alex laughed. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to frighten you. But I didn't think Ann was here with anyone. So this is what goes on when I'm away, she chuckled, I'm genuinely delighted. Then she looked directly at Rachel. And I'm also delighted to meet you...uhhh...

I jumped into the fray. This is Rachel Smithhhhhh, I said as I let my breath out slowly.

Rachel still seemed nervous and looked scared. I put my arm around her protectively and motioned for Alex to sit down. What are you doing home so early? I asked earnestly.

Alex sat down in the chair but never took her eyes off either me or Rachel. The shoot wrapped early, so I took the next flight home. Looks like I got here just in time too, she said with a gleam in her eye.

The tub bubbled away as Rachel submerged herself in the hot, heaving water. The unexpected pace of the day's events left her reeling.

First, I meet a strange, sexy woman at the club, she thought to herself, then, there's this fabulous sex in the locker stall followed by an incredible time in the hot tub and the air mattress. Rachel looked out the window of the tub room. And finally, a woman shows up and eyes me over. This is just too weird.

Alex shifted in the chair as Rachel turned back to looked at her. She was around 30 or so, with short, styled hair and a big, bright smile. She wore black jeans and black leather sneakers. Her wild, Hawaiian-print shirt was too big on her small but athletic frame. It billowed up around her neck. Alex stood 5'11. Her nose was a little big and she had sandy blonde colored hair.

She was stretched out over the chair looking up at the ceiling. Her obviously outdoors-type body didn't seem to have an ounce of fat, at least from what Rachel could see so far. But what struck her most were her eyes when she looked at her. They were so penetrating, so deep. Her face was strangely attractive though she clearly wasn't gorgeous. Rachel
