The author is a former high-level Diplomat, Ambassador At Large and Consulate General, that has worked with personnel from numerous prominent intelligence agencies including personnel from MI6 the British agency that deals with monetary affairs amongst other things, and has had dealings with personnel from the CIA, the NSA, the KGB and others on human related projects. 

He has spent a significant amount of time within banking and diplomatic circles at the highest levels, and has had dealings with numerous Heads of State, and Government Central Bank Chairman’s, as well as  Ministers of Finance, including the Chairman of the Central Bank of Europe, the Governor of the Caribbean Central Bank, The Governor of the Bank of the Bahamas,  and numerous others as well, and he has had an entire Government Cabinet with its Head of State as guests aboard his  private yacht, and a private State dinner with a foreign Head of State and his entire cabinet in Washington, he has attended the US Senators ski cup in Park City Utah, and had Dinner with numerous US senators and Congressmen, and attended President Ronald Reagans private birthday party with Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in attendance. Has had a Head of State as an overnight guest at his private villa in Switzerland.

Many of these relations were close personal relationships and friendships.

The author has traveled to 40 countries on one of his private jets or private helicopters during this process and maintained 2 private mansions both of which the value exceeded 25,000,000 (twenty-five million Euros) each.

The author is considered a financial genius and has an IQ off the charts.

The author was recruited at age 12 into the group and was groomed all his life for his current role as Chairman.

INTRODUCTION

I have written this book anonymously, as almost every aspect of my life is considered classified now. It is not my intent to embarrass or criticize the USA but rather to expose certain plans and deficiencies in the hopes that they can be curtailed and avoided before disaster occurs.

I had to laugh when I saw the deployment of US aircraft carriers in the South China sea region, or maybe I wanted to cry, not really sure, surly one must realize that China tracks  them as they do the movement of every single threat as the US does, the major difference is China can completely kill, destroy and sink every one of the USA’s warships in minutes, and the US cannot do the same.

The US missiles can be seen, detected and shot down, furthermore China’s new integration of their hypersonic missiles into their integrated quantum satellites and further integrated into their vast space network system renders the US military totally vulnerable and obsolete. How is it that they are allowing the Chinese to position themselves to take over? The only explanation is that they have been compromised, soon unless the US acts, their ships will be sunk and destroyed.

They will be defenseless, the USA’s archaic space defense system is just as obsolete and destroyable and China has the capacity to in reality shoot down the USA’s primitive missiles, nuclear or otherwise which again the USA cannot do the same, by any standard they will be defeated. The US is distracted, misinformed, misled and being deceived and worst of all deceiving themselves and their own people. Do you really believe that China is building hypersonic missiles, advanced space technology and military islands for defensive purposes? No, they are plain and simple offensive in intent.

Soon, in the South China sea where the US will deploy their assets in number in an attempt to neutralize their islands, the assets will be destroyed in a public display to show the world Chinas complete military superiority and the US obsolescence. The US public displays of force are being laughed at by the Chinese as they know that soon the US will not be able to back up their threats as they watch them fall into the net the Chinese have so adroitly and wisely deployed over the last 10 years, as the US falls into the baited trap that they have to unavoidably take and to deploy the assets rights where they are leading and positioning the US to do at China’s bidding and at their timing. China is in control.

After the US Navy assets are deployed at China’s brilliant strategic out maneuvering of the US and defeated and humiliated with their Navy being sunk as is written in numerous religious texts, what are they possibly going to do then to defend the national security interests and safety of the nation with no deployable Navy that never really posed any serious threat to China anyways, obsolete destroyable missiles, and a sinkable and completely transparent submarine fleet that China also will destroy.

The US’s land based military is  outnumbered and out gunned so the only remaining area in addition to air where China also will destroy US fighter jets with hypersonic missiles and space where China completely dominates with defendable quantum based satellites and further integrated land and sea communication and deployment capability, with the US only having again obsolete destroyable satellites and no safe, secure network and a targetable, hackable and easy to destroy fully integrated GPS system. Chinas space based military system is of no comparison to US’s, it is simply completely superior in every respect and will totally neutralize the USA.

They are going to lose soon, they are kidding themselves with their self-perpetuating ridiculous disinformation campaign about their alarmingly inferior military that is no real threat to anybody except, small, useless nations with no military significance.

On the financial side, the USA dissolved the gold standard for one reason, they were bankrupt and unable to pay their obligations, including interest obligations to the central banking system, they however at the time had a sustainable and formidable undefeatable military and could dictate and institute a new financial system, namely the petrodollar. The petrodollar is based upon leveraging of underground, not yet sold or deployable booking of assets and is already overextended as is their booking of black money entries, hence the financial crisis that they also lie about. They are not only going down military soon, finically as well they will destroy themselves, as there is nothing left to book assets against as they are already severely leveraged, overextended and failing. The dollar will collapse again, this time however their military is insufficient and secondary by a longshot to Chinas and this time it will not be the petrodollar that is the new global standard, no, this time it will be the Chinese dollar on a newly formed basis.
