LOVE
A Praise to my Muse
Lining under the silver clouds
Browsing with future thoughts
My lively moods caught fire
In this autumn spangled year
"Then she came, a rose amongst thorns
Full of passion, kindled to burn
Burn to rekindle, as melted tones
Fresh as the dew, fresh as the morn!"
"That tilted head, with ruddy lips
That darkened, pretty eyes
Spotted coy, with curvy hips
Crying for love, crying with ayes!"
A heart’s throb, that sweet smile
Heavenly; With pious prayers
That halo with fragrance mild
That happy laughter; soft sea sprays
That sweet little flower
Limping on its little side
Has her blessing, little lover
To be fortunate, with this bride
Lining under this little doubts
My future is full of clouds
Another dream is spent past
Waiting for the year to last
1979
Come, my Love
Come, my Love, and walk my way
See the visions, I’ve dreamt
Hear the melodies, I’ve sought
Bear my promises everyday
In the infinity of my heart
And be with me forever more
1979
When I die
When I die
Will you come and cry
Will you see
My dead body
A corpse thin
And worn lean
Will you muse
For those days
When we together
Merged heart to heart
Merged soul to soul
Pledged vows forever
When I die
Will you bring a rose
For my repose
Or, will your heart
Throb for another
Seek a lover
When I die
Will you marry
Another guy
And be merry
Or, will you bitterly
Remember me
Now, I do cry
For when I die
You’ll not be mine
I’ll not be thine
And I to pine away

A Romantic Prayer
Last night in your arms
I saw starlights
Shine in twinkle orbits
Your dark hair tresses
Flowed like chocolate rivers
Those darker, redder lips
Parted with pearly tips
Crimson in some angle
Hewed a comely smile
Those curved breasts
Heaving under each breath
Like soft corpulent bells
Throb and ebb in swells
Like a hidden oyster shell
Dwells a pleasant gateway
That flaunts its wealth
In its own dorm and bay
In your lovely arms
Gentle waves of warmth
Blew amidst glowing love
Wondering what’s to come
Was this a perfumed garden
That played my mind
For a rich harvest that’s mine

If you love me
If you love me
Tie a yellow ribbon
On an Old Gum Tree
In sweet memory
If you love me
Tie a yellow flower
On an Old Gum Tree
Make it salve, a finery
If you love me
Tie a yellow scarf
On an Old Gum Tree
Hallow with a bone ivory
If you love me
Tie a yellow string
On an Old Gum Tree
Cosset this, an engagement ring
If you love me
Tie a yellow bell
On an Old Gum Tree
Make it known, you are my belle

Remember Me
Remember me
When times have faded
You have grown old and cranky
When you feel cold in a summer wind
And hesitate walking up two steps
Or, feel fearful crossing a deserted lane.
Remember me
Holding your hand
My fingers twitch in your palm
Soft and reassuring, mild and strong.
Remember me
When your tears roll down
And there is no salt in them
And you
