the knowledge that Success comes from the Lord".

The secret of success is a mystery. It is a mystery because it is difficult or impossible to understand or explain. In fact, if you title this book The Mystery of Success you will not be wrong. It is a puzzle. Puzzling in essence that it comes in different forms and all can be justified.

Success in life, no matter what one may call success, is very largely a matter of adaptation to environment in such a manner that there is HARMONY between the individual and his environment.

The palace of a king becomes as a hovel of a peasant if harmony does not abound within its walls. Conversely, the hut of a peasant may be made to yield more happiness than that of the mansion of the rich man, if harmony obtains in the former and not in the latter.

Success can further be explained as an event that accomplishes its intended purpose.

It is satisfactory progress towards a desired goal in life.

It is attainment of a set objective – the achievement of a purpose.

It is also a state of prosperity or fame.

Success is ethics, character, courage and happiness.

It is a journey towards attaining better life and avoidance of confusion.

No matter what you do for a living, no matter how old you are, and regardless of where you grew up, we all share something in common – a desire to be successful. To succeed, you need a burning desire.

True success should be defined by you, specific to you and your goals. Your success and happiness depend on what you contributed not what you received and this is linked to one’s self esteem.

What success means to one, can be very different to another. Success to some may mean fancy cars and homes. Success to others may mean being a good parent, spouse, or friend. For others it may simply mean to be happy. Or it can be all of the above. You can only become successful if you BELIEVE in yourself that you will succeed.

Your success, happiness – anything you truly want for your life has to begin with unwavering, non-negotiable desire, commitment and persistence. Without it, you cannot withstand and overcome the tests that will be put in your way, to not only see how badly you really want it, but to help you appreciate what you have once you get it. Because it is through the tests, that you discover yourself and your purpose, which is what you were really looking for to begin with.

What is a secret? It is something not known or seen or not meant to be known or seen by others. It is something that is not properly understood; a mystery. Funny how mystery reoccurs.

Secret of success is therefore the revelation of what is not known, the analysis and explanation of what is not properly understood about success.

This book therefore brings out what is not known or not meant to be known and what is not properly understood about SUCCESS.
