About this ebook
The title of this book speaks for itself. It is the testimony of the nationally recognized world–class pimp – Robert A. Thompson, otherwise known as the Boogie Mann. These are the words of a true living legend right off the streets of Sacramento, California – the epicenter of the west coast pimp game. It has been determined that pimps are not made, they are born. This book stands to be the first to explain how that is so. Genealogy of Pimp Ology breaks down the entire pimp game step by step. It will explain how the very nature of a pimp is genetically passed down generation after generation, biologically linking modern–day pimps to past players as far back as the biblical days. This book will also point out that many political leaders along the totem pole, including some forefathers, carried this pimp gene and secretly benefited one way or another, not only from slavery, but also from prostitution and/or human trafficking while manipulating the intelligence of the people all over the world!

Welcome Note
This book represents a legacy translated into the language of the people. A translation that shall bring this legacy to life script by script into the minds of its reader. I have been very generous with in-depth information and intricate knowledge about the pimp life and its movement for this movement is of a great reality. This reality is a global indulgence shared between partakers and characters who indulge directly or indirectly, knowingly or unknowingly.
I do encourage all to embrace, engage, and embody these pages, whether you love it or hate it. This book is a revelation of truth, whether you agree with its truth or not.
In addition, I will manifest the individual chapters in a unique fashion. I present these chapters characterized as what I prefer to call Jewels. This is to meet and satisfy specific relevance and to cast a clear perception by placing the many elements and angles of the pimp life in proper sequence.
May you grasp the shine of these jewels within these chronicles. May these jewels be helpful to you so that you can understand. May that understanding allow you to learn and recognize the natural persona of every individual connected to the lineage of this lifestyle laid before each of them generations deep.
With that said, and more to be said, note as well that I show and prove that an individual cannot be taught
to be a pimp. A person can only be told of the extraordinary travels and experiences within the life. Many have mistaken this being told
as a map of instructions on how to become a player. They claim they’re being schooled
by someone so-called laced to the game. Then after hearing about the experiences of the pimp life, many then go on to foolishly believe they carry the credentials to possess a choice whether to become a one. Now some believe they can just step their game up and get into the life
acting" accordingly to the expectations of what they (and many others) believe a pimp really is.
Intelligence will allow you to elevate in life or you can become stagnant and limited due to lack thereof. Overall, by reading this book, you shall come to the understanding that pimps are not made
; we are born.
The Boogie Mann
Preface
Ichose to use Genealogy
in the title to illuminate the genetic relations in a monarchy that entail, detail, and convey a different measure of experiences within the dramatic world of pimping. I emphasize the word ology
to display a symbolism from an educational standpoint of this profession. I give my full effort to offer you an otherwise profound look into this ancient and historical trade. I compiled these pages to include all angles and views from all those who formulate the pimping and ho-ing population. I carry the intent to enlighten those who have always held an interest in learning the unspoken truth of the lifestyle of that of which, of those of whom, this book implies.
A close associate once told me, and I found it to be true, Everyone has their own motive as to why they choose to do the things they do. And even if that individual is doing the same exact thing as you, they still hold their own independent reasons different from your own.
My personal experience forces me to know and understand the most overlooked facts that exist in the core essence of the word pimp
in and of itself.
It’s entertaining to know how, in earlier times, the word pimp
was not glorified, not even remotely so, in the same manner of which it is today. However, like most other things, change came from amongst the youth.
It was born out of legal terminologies used by district attorneys of the justice department to describe individuals involved in this so-called criminal activity. Money became a goal. Money became the struggle. Our priority to get, by all means. Role models and heroes came from among the criminals making all the money. Money from women who have always caught the eye of those going through puberty. As pimping became the go-to grind and became more and more popular, it has stood the test of time and has since become a factor in our modern-day inner cities and urban areas. Of course, sexual solicitation of any kind remains dirty in the eyes of the law; therefore, it is not so politically correct to those who advocate for a more conservative society.
Let’s take a trip down memory lane. Like most things that can possibly come to mind, that which was considered cool
and hip
bear a forever-changing face. As with fashion, we constantly transform our languages and proper dialect to slang and lingo. For example, here in America, we have given a new definition to the otherwise-offensive word nigger
and transformed its negative shell to give it the hood stamp of approval it is now used daily as an expression of endearment, pronounced nigga
using the letter A at the end of the word changing its spelling; therefore, its definition as well. Likewise, our garments also went through transitions from cotton field overalls to skintight, disco-style bell-bottoms to designer denim jeans with huge back pockets most notably worn oversize and baggy. It’s called saggin’ (hanging halfway down our ass crack). Today, they have been wearing lots of skinny jeans to mimic the new examples of hip-hop stars Lil Wayne, Migos, and Kevin Gates. But in much-earlier times of mankind, as far back as the biblical days, it has always been human nature to adhere to the soothing sounds of rhyme and rhythm. Song and dance is the universal language of the people. So throughout the twentieth century, people all over the globe has catered to what became known as funk music, rock and roll, disco-soul, R&B, and hip-hop music. It all arose to manifest as reality in our material world, chronologically along the timetable of ghetto life. Our daily activities are in direct harmony with the very words mentioned. Our music has become of popular demand describing a coexistence between songs and the very aspects of reality governing our daily lives as black men and women from all the love to hate. Cars and bars. Thugs, drugs, and guns. Parties, homies, money, and of course, no doubt, the oldest hustle and trade on planet earth, pimping!
Millions around the world from all walks of life, both men and women of every race, color, and creed have capitalized (whether directly or indirectly) from slavery and prostitution. Today, the spotlight is on the word human trafficking,
which is used for the purpose of upgrading the normal charges to draw a stiffer penalty if the suspect is convicted.
I will try to elaborate mostly on the areas of the game I personally identify with, although I am highly aware of them all.
I hope those of you who are willing to take on this script bear an open and rational mind-set. You must, in order for you to examine the truth within these jewels that highlight the full circle of chicks and tricks.
Acknowledgments
First and foremost, I thank the almighty for his grace, mercy, and forgiveness.
To my mother and granny, I thank you for your continuous positive influences, undying love, and compassion.
To my son, Jabriel, your existence shows me where I came from, who I was, and who I am today (in unexplainable ways) both good and bad.
To my other son, Justin Anthony Harris, my love has always reached out for you and always will. As of now, you may not know too much about me. It’s not my fault though. I’m sure one day when the time is right, the truth will reveal itself and you’ll understand.
To my little sis, Malaika, I do appreciate your supportive ways (as limited as it may be). I take it as a token of your love and a sign that you accept me for who I am.
To my eldest sis, Colleen, I love you girl, and I actually pray for the day I hear news that you have found a path most beneficial. You scare me more than anyone in this world (in terms of having me worry about your well-being).
My two middle siblings, Niecie and Joe, the situation with you both is somewhat mysterious. Much Love.
To my nieces Taifa and Malasia, we are the last to carry the name, unless you marry some dude later on. I love you all. Much Love. In addition, Taifa, I appreciate how you never turned your back on me when others did. And you gave me support throughout my trial. Means a lot to me.
To my nephews, James, Fard, and Elijah, there is gold at the end of the rainbow, so stay turned up and keep following the yellow brick road.
To my next generation of nieces and nephews, Kareem, Maleek, Kamaria, Tink, Naima, Mallory, and Mathias, I love you all. And to my latest addition to the family, my first grandchild, Qu’ran. I love you and welcome to the world. May it be a bright one for you.
My final shout-out must go to all the haters and weirdoes—those who know me best knows my love extends only to the select few who supported my movements most throughout my complex travels, and those I consider true family, and you too, Tia Smith. Anyone outside of those I mentioned may well be part of a group of rent-a-family members unconnected genetically to my bloodline. Your limited concerns for me have not gone unnoticed, proven to be less than genuine, and your whispers in the dark about me are not hidden. You have proven to be more of an enemy than anything else. So with that said, I thank all of you snakes for your contribution to the energy that allowed me to step my game up, live the boss life I do, and complete this project. Even at my lowest point, I’m still above you. Meaning even when I lose, I win.
This book represents the voice that says, Kiss my ass!
to all of you snakes who are running around trying to be someone you are not and smiling in my face yet fail me at times I may need you most. Kiss my ass!
Even behind prison walls, I’m still laughing at you fools. All the way to the bank.

Genesis (The Lineage)
First of all, pimping itself begins with 40 percent gift of gab
and 60 percent of what you don’t have. This is where many would say, You’re just all talk,
which is basically true. Talking more so of what you hope and wish to gain rather than what you already possess.
They also say actions speak louder than words, so let us take a brief look
