About this ebook
Earth at the end of the twenty-first century was an exciting but challenging time. Meteorology and geology joined hands as the planets Xeracik and Earth began to experience structural turmoil and destruction. The ranch in Texas, where the portal between Xeracik and Earth existed, had started a wonderful intergalactic relationship. The alliance had some struggles in the previous six encounters, but they had never before faced the possibility of destruction and complete annihilation. This seventh encounter features Jay, the youngest of the Tornadic Seven, a name given to the core group who were friends and defenders of the Xeracikeans. In the end of this encounter, Earth has an unexpected transformation—some might say an Armageddon.

Encounter Number 7 Begins
Jay felt shivers down his back as he walked to get into his hover mobile and head to work. He was fresh out of school and now worked as a meteorologist in a brand-new weather/environment facility in Austin, Texas. There was much going on in the Earth’s atmosphere at this time the very end of the twenty-first century. The Earth’s core had become unstable as well. Erratic weather was a given.
It was an exciting time to be a meteorologist. Jay had been offered to play professional soccer when he graduated, but he wanted to stay living on his family land outside of Austin. Also, something was telling him to continue in his field of study.
He looked up into the sky as he pulled into the parking lot and onto his parking space. There were unusual, dark puffy clouds. He had never seen clouds like that before. It was going to be an interesting day for sure. The shivers down his back got worse. The only other time he felt like that was when a bobcat jumped up on his backyard patio as he and some friends were cooking barbecue. The bobcat was now stuffed and mounted over his fireplace, but he wasn’t sure what he was going to do with these clouds. They were getting darker, more puffy, and now showing a few oddly spaced lights in the darkness.
What popped into his mind next was overwhelming. What if Xeracik was heading to Earth for another encounter? It had been years since the aliens were here. The first encounter was outside of Waco, Texas. The alien spacecraft crashed, and three Xeracikean pilots were taken to a government lab in Waco. The one in charge of the lab, Beob, killed two of the aliens when doing experiments on them. The third Xeracikean, however, regained consciousness after the crash and noticed a stray black cat wandering by an open lab door. The alien immediately morphed into the form of a cat. Normally, its body looked like a man-size bee-bodied-looking blob, but Xeracikeans can change into anything. They could also become invisible for a short while at a time. This special alien would later appear on Jay’s grandpa’s ranch about thirty-three miles from Waco. Grandpa named the alien turned cat, Kitty B. Kitty B became part of Jay’s family for five more encounters. There were six encounters altogether starting with Christmas vacation one year and ending a little over a year later. Six encounters in little more than a year. These experiences were branded into Jay’s soul forever.
What popped into Jay’s mind next he recognized as a programmed thought from Kitty B. (Xeracikeans could invade human thoughts and dreams, not every day but just in times of great need.)The thought revealed that Xeracik was sure enough heading to Earth for another encounter. Why? Because their planet was too unstable to support life anymore. Earth had similar O2 and H2O, and the Xeracikeans had discovered during their encounters that they could live easily here on planet Earth.
Jay remembered his cousin Cade telling him how the Xeracik soil was cracking and eroding. Cade had actually been on Xeracik and experienced it firsthand. He also noticed that the core of the planet had begun to send shock waves to the surface, much like an earthquake on Earth. Cade had
