About this ebook
"The Tortoise and the Hare" is one of Aesop's Fables. The account of a race between unequal partners has attracted conflicting interpretations. The fable itself is a variant of a common folktale theme in which ingenuity and trickery are employed to overcome a stronger opponent.
An imaginary writing battle between famous legendary writers is a hypothetical event in which two or more famous authors from different eras or backgrounds would face off against each other in a writing contest. The goal is to see which author can produce the best version of this folktale.
