INTRODUCTION

JUST ONE DROP OF GOD’S GLORY!

In 1974, when my family and I moved to Chicago, the Lord told me in my spirit that I was going to be used in a major way in a future watershed event with global interest and spiritual significance. The Lord told me this event would occur in Chicago, Illinois, and that it would glorify God! Of course, I had no idea what He was talking about. However, in early 1993, my heart and spirit began to powerfully resonate with the words from the biblical verse that reads, But as surely as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord (Numbers 14:21). Accordingly, I began to diligently ask God to use me in a special way that would glorify Him - and bless His people everywhere - both now and in the future! I was very earnest when I told God that I would be content if in some way, He would use my life to produce just one drop of His eternal glory.

So, I began to diligently ask God for a name for the new company I planned to form to glorify Him, and He gave me Shekinah Glory Productions. Shekinah is the supernatural presence and manifestation of the Spirit of God on earth! In June 1993, I formed and incorporated Shekinah Glory Productions, Inc. for the express purpose of manifesting on earth the supernatural presence of God in the area of the creative arts - including musical productions, theatrical productions, and literary publications.

Shekinah Glory Productions subsequently sponsored my radio program that I began in 1986 where oftentimes, I would feature audio recordings of powerful, anointed ministers of God. These ministers would share their amazing testimonies of God’s miraculous and supernatural deliverance of people. They shared accounts of deliverance from the clutches of demonic and other strongholds in the different areas of life, including business and finance, illness and physical affliction, education, family and relationships, legal issues, and more.

My radio program attracted a sizable listening audience that consistently expressed its appreciation for how these powerful testimonies had blessed them and helped them in their respective personal situations. Little did I know, however, that my radio program had also attracted the attention of powerful demonic forces – who did not appreciate how God’s people were being blessed and edified by the content of my radio program. Moreover, unbeknownst to me, I too was being positioned by God to have a testimony of my own – just like the ones I featured on my radio program! Much like the request of James and John in Matthew 20: 20-23 (who also lacked a full understanding of what they were asking of Jesus!), the Lord also answered my prayers. In fact, the Lord granted my desire to use my life to produce just one drop of His eternal glory, but He did it in a way that I least expected - and surely would not have approved of if He had asked me first. However, God never asks us first - because He Is God! Through my own fiery trial that God allowed me to experience, I learned the true weight of God’s glory is totally beyond mankind’s comprehension. It cannot be measured by any of the traditional measurement standards (or density levels) of which we are familiar. According to the Bible in: II Corinthians 4:17, …our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory! Yes, God indeed granted my request. However, my moment of light affliction (or One Drop of God’s Glory) actually translated into the equivalent of a ton (or, nearly eight-long years) of unforgiving and intense legal hell on earth at the hands of certain ostensibly corrupt federal officials in Chicago, Illinois.

Approximately 30-years have now passed since I made my request of the Lord to produce just one drop of His eternal glory toward His master plan for the ages. Not only that, I pinned the first words of this book, Demons of Federal Misconduct: A Chicago Memoir! in late 2004; and, after the normal interruptions, time constraints, and vicissitudes of life, this book was originally completed in September 2014 – I thought! However, as an ordained Christian minister, the Lord directed me to put the book on hold, and not publish it at that time! Then, in mid-2018, the Lord directed me to update and finish the book again – a second time! Now, at this publication date, this book is finally ready to put a spotlight on a true story – of certain ostensibly evil and nefarious public officials in Chicago, Illinois from 1997 to 2002 – and to glorify God!

As you shall see in this book, the Lord certainly answered my prayers in a very direct, powerful and seemingly unrelenting fashion. I now share with you my story, my testimony, and my one drop of God’s glory, in DEMONS OF FEDERAL MISCONDUCT: A CHICAGO MEMOIR! As you will see, it is truly a remarkable story of egregious official misconduct, demonic influence, spiritual warfare, and Divine intervention in the 21st century federal justice system in the United States of America!

PREFACE: THE ROADMAP

[An Introductory Note from the Author: This Preface has been provided as an essential roadmap for this book – and is indeed, a comprehensive overview of such. In this Preface, the author is going to tell you precisely what’s going to happen in this book - and how he intends to prove it! Then, for the duration of this book, the author is going to demonstrate, illustrate, manifest, and prove to you – exactly what he told you in this Preface – except, in scrupulous detail! Essentially then, the Preface represents a chapter - in and of itself! So, consider this as the chapter - before Chapter One]

The United States is the greatest country on Earth! Our Pledge of Allegiance states that we are One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Indeed, our Pledge of Allegiance specifically recognizes and depends upon God for His Divine intervention and providence to assure that our great nation will always operate in the spirit intended by our forefathers in the United States Constitution. The Preamble to our Constitution indicates that one of the primary objectives of our Constitution is to establish justice! In keeping with those collective objectives, the U.S. Justice system has become the greatest on the earth - when it operates according to its stated objectives and standards!

In rare instances, however, certain powerful federal officials that have been endowed with the express power to pursue and uphold the tenets of the U.S. Justice system will pervert the justice system to achieve their own ignoble objectives (that is, for nefarious reasons of their own; or, in some instances, by the guidance of the invisible hand of a stronger, evil power). Although the unquestionable integrity of the U.S. Justice system will always ultimately recover and re-establish itself, the untold damage wrought in the interim represents a monumental travesty to many innocent American citizens affected by official misconduct. Accordingly, the theme of this book - Ephesians 6:12 Spiritual Wickedness in High Places (described at the top of each chapter) - dovetails perfectly with the foregoing! Moreover, the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution assures its citizens the protections of lawful freedom of speech and freedom of the press to express their opinions about any inequities in our great country’s justice system without official legal recrimination. If legal recrimination does occur, however, it will ultimately - not prevail – as long as the aforementioned freedoms are expressed within the confines of the law!

Since this particular book is nonfiction and identifies the actual names of public officials who allegedly engaged in seemingly deliberate misconduct and malfeasance, the law states that the higher criterion for defamation or libel of a public official must be actual malice. Actual malice (slander or libel) is defined by Black’s Law Dictionary as a deliberate spoken or written (knowingly untrue) defamatory claim or statement about a public official - with an evil intent or motive arising from spite or ill will; personal hatred or ill will; or culpable recklessness; or a willful or wanton disregard for the rights and interests of the person (or public official) defamed, or of the circumstances. In this book, not only will the overwhelming preponderance of the legal evidence and the ultimate disposition of the author’s case steadfastly corroborate the author’s contentions, but it will also be crystal clear that the author’s intent doesn’t even remotely approach the definition of actual malice! In fact, the author surmises that even though certain named individuals may vehemently deny the allegations against them, they will be wholly unable to refute these allegations or offer any credible evidence to the contrary. Again, they will probably want the reader to just take their word for it! Therefore, consistent with the above premise, the following account is: A TRUE LEGAL STORY that took place in CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, from January 1997 thru March 2004; and it is progressive!

Demons of Federal Misconduct: A Chicago Memoir! is Dr. Christopher Myron Claxton’s story about the apparent abuse of authority by federal officials through apparent acts of egregious misconduct – all under the influence of what the author actually believes were demonic forces! After reading Dr. Claxton’s account of a legal case, he describes as one steeped in misconduct and malevolence, you will be deeply shocked. This book is a must read for everyone who values highly the integrity of the U.S. Justice System, for Christians (like the author) and non-Christians, alike – that hate official misconduct! Moreover, it is the author’s hope that once you read this book you will have a much clearer understanding of how inextricably the spiritual, supernatural world is interwoven into our everyday existence (as described by Ephesians 6:12 in the Bible).

In Demons of Federal Misconduct: A Chicago Memoir!, the author masterfully pieces together an (Ephesians 6:12 – like) intricate, highly sophisticated, and ostensible corrupt web of federal misconduct perpetrated against him and his business associate by four unlikely federal officials (and - other witting and unwitting participants). Through his presentation of compelling biblical examples of federal misconduct, the author persuasively supports his contention that this type of misconduct is almost always initiated and accompanied by demonic involvement - that is oftentimes cloaked in racism. This book even discloses the details surrounding the U.S. government’s tacit acknowledgement of federal misconduct (which was tendered at the conclusion of the author’s case).

The author’s story is replete with the kind of inexplicable and seemingly supernatural influence that can only be addressed by Divine intervention. In this fascinating non-fiction work, the author compares his horrendous legal ordeal at the hands of four powerful officials of the U.S. federal government with other examples of official misconduct in the federal governments of Biblical antiquity. He firmly believes that his investigation was precipitated by a demonic assault of Biblical origins, dressed in 21st century professional attire. The irony of it all is that - this assault actually originated in the very U.S. federal courtrooms that purportedly regard justice and righteousness as sacred and paramount.

A Malicious Civil Legal Prosecution?

The author strongly believes that in January of 1997, an actual demonic attack was launched against him and his business associate. The attack came in the form of a malicious federal investigation initiated by a powerful U.S. bankruptcy judge who apparently disliked the tremendous success of the author’s business associate. This judge ostensibly lied to the Department of Justice to initiate this civil investigation. The author’s attorney co-defendant was a Christian African-American attorney who had established himself as one of the very top bankruptcy attorneys in the entire nation (according to the FBI); and, he had become a favorite son in Chicago’s Black and Hispanic communities!

It is the author’s opinion that this ostensibly racist federal bankruptcy judge initiated a pernicious, trumped-up and manufactured civil investigation against this Black bankruptcy attorney to ultimately cause him to lose his thriving Christian bankruptcy law practice – and his very liberty! This young attorney happened to be the top chapter-13 attorney in the state of Illinois, in terms of volume (and quality) of legal work; and, his law firm was one of the top three in the entire nation at that time (again - according to FBI records). At the behest of this U.S. bankruptcy judge, a seemingly malicious investigation was opened - apparently to derail this Christian attorney’s outstanding success and career - just because he was Black! The investigation was seemingly based upon false, bogus, and conjured-up evidence that was really initiated based upon demonic racism and jealously - in the author’s opinion. The civil investigation subsequently turned into a criminal investigation at the specific behest of this same bankruptcy judge. When this particular judge was subsequently interviewed by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office almost four years after the advent of original civil investigation, the true sinister reason for the two investigations actually slipped-out his mouth! The judge essentially indicated to the FBI that this young Black attorney was growing way too fast; and in other words, he was just getting too big for his britches! (Of course, if this young Black attorney would have been any other ethnicity, he would have been lauded for his intellectual genius and legal prowess. However, because he was a Black Christian attorney, he was subject to an unjust and apparently demonically inspired prosecution!) What the judge omitted is that - he actually instigated the original investigation upon his sole recommendation - based upon a bold-faced (demonic) lie! Moreover, he had already tried to discreetly - but unsuccessfully - initiate an investigation on three prior occasions. He then seemingly outright lied to the U.S. Department of Justice in an effort to add credence, traction, and momentum to the investigation that he specifically ordered – after three anonymous – but unsuccessful attempts! But, because of the lack of any credible evidence, the judge’s prior attempts were summarily dismissed! Indeed, this was not the same story that he related to the FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office during their subsequent interview with him. However, that minor omission (Big Lie) would resurrect itself in the form of a giant raging, devouring, and unforgiving monster later in the investigation. Now if this seems incredulous, just keep on reading (and be sure to refer to the specific appendix where the aforementioned allegations are corroborated when directed). Moreover, as readers will also see, there was a specific Assistant U.S. Attorney - who, at the publication of this book had become the (very sanctimonious) first Black female mayor of Chicago – that led the government’s charge against the author and his co-defendant. The author believes she was also demonically influenced and appeared to act in deliberate concert and complicity with the bankruptcy judge as though he were some type of demigod to be venerated. Indeed, this Assistant U.S. Attorney seemed to painstakingly, scrupulously, and insidiously bring to fruition the alleged deliberate misrepresentation (Lie) of the bankruptcy judge – exactly as he described it! (Was this ostensibly self-righteous federal prosecutor and future mayor of Chicago the judge’s personal sycophant?) This action was done irrespective of its conspicuous lack of veracity - and in light of a plethora of exculpatory evidence (evidence that favored the author and his business associate) - which she deliberately appeared to so judiciously and meticulously circumvent! Now, if this seems hard to believe, just keep on reading; and remember, the Proof is in the Pudding!

[Sidebar I: Now, before you dismiss this as absolutely ludicrous and incredulous - the possibility that a federal bankruptcy judge, a federal agent (or anyone for that matter) could be demonically influenced; if you are a Christian, or a Bible believing person – please consider these two examples from the Holy Bible: (1) The Almighty God, Himself, chose David to be king over Israel – and David was later influenced and provoked by Satan (I Sam. 13:14 and I Chron. 21:1); and, (2) Even Jesus said, Have not I chosen twelve of you, and one of you is a devil! Jesus was referring to Judas Iscariot - who was later influenced by Satan to betray Jesus (John 6:70 and Luke 22:2). Accordingly, if God and Jesus chose people who were subsequently influenced by Satan, how dare we, as mere mortals, think we can do any better? Are we so arrogant as to believe that we could always choose individuals who were beyond the clutches of malicious egregious misconduct and demonic influence? Furthermore, even our founding fathers, in Article III of the U.S. Constitution, stated that federal judges are appointed for life - but only with good behavior! Apparently, even our wise founding fathers knew that in selected, rare instances, there would certain federal judges that would not exercise good behavior (or character)! The author submits that the U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the immediate situation is quite culpable on both counts! The author merely asks that you examine the evidence he meticulously delineates, and refrain from passing any judgement until you see the evidence and amazing conclusion of this story! Furthermore, you definitely must witness the ultimate integrity of the U.S. Justice System, and how it discreetly addresses unacceptable misconduct within its own ranks - while (indirectly) fighting very determined opposition and (even) evil spirits that were allegedly manifested through these four federal officials!]

The author further believes that a certain U.S. bankruptcy prosecutor, and an FBI agent also did everything in their power to appease this U.S. bankruptcy judge - and bring his nefarious desires to fruition - a man they apparently deemed as godlike. In their apparent blind obedience to the bankruptcy judge, these federal officials went so far as to deliberately ignore and cover-up a mountain of exculpatory evidence that totally contradicted their false allegations (and charges)!

Although the author is not asking the reader to embrace his own beliefs, he sincerely believes that three different demon spirits assigned to Chicago, Illinois, USA (each with specific orders from Satan himself) came against him and his co-defendant, influencing these federal officials to be their point persons (so to speak). Again, if you don’t share the author’s Christian beliefs, just consider that the specific actions undertaken by the noted federal officials as alleged malicious and egregious misconduct were of their own volition!

[Sidebar II: Demon Influence – Provable or Not?

In our legal system, there is no established tangible, acceptable, or empirical measure to prove (or disprove) the existence of a demon spirit, or of demon influence. There is no diagnostic, scan, or detector of any type to prove if someone is under the influence of a demon spirit. (In fact, sometimes demonic influence can be so discreet and subtle, that even the most unlikely person can come under their influence – as the reader will witness in this book!) It simply cannot be legally proven (or disproven) whether a person is under demonic influence! The author would even venture to say that upwards of 95% of the public know virtually nothing about demon spirits - other than what they have been exposed to in science fiction books and movies. Furthermore, in the preponderance of these cases, their characterizations are nothing more than mere figments of the writers’ imaginations – they are not based upon the Bible! Therefore, in this book, it will be the author’s perceptions only - pitted against the opinions of each of the named characters – who will surely and vociferously disagree with the author – and that is their right! Again, it will only be the author’s perceptions against their word! But one sure-fire way that one can tell if demon influence was present – is the result of the particular situation! If the results are exceedingly strange, bizarre, surreal, inexplicable, and seemingly paranormal, then it can be reasonably concluded that demon influence was present - as will be the case with the actions and results of nonfiction characters in this book. (Remember: The Devil is in the details!)

Now, in stating his argument and perspective, please consider that the author has a PhD degree in Biblical Studies. Moreover, the author has also taught the subject of Biblical Eschatology (the study of Bible history and prophecy as it relates to the last days of the world – immediately prior to, and when Jesus Christ returns to the earth). Furthermore, the author has taught this subject in Bible College for many years – and it is a subject where demonic activity is pervasive and rife! Additionally, the author has been a licensed Christian minister for over 40-years and has been exposed to demonic activity during that time. Therefore, the author probably has a little bit more knowledge and experience with Biblical demon spirits than a majority of people – especially those who are not Christian clergy. Accordingly, the author has provided a brief overview of the subject of demons in Chapter One to provide the reader with more knowledge about this subject – a subject that they will be exposed to in this book. Finally, the author will acclimate the reader on this subject - exclusively from the perspective of the Holy Bible – which is the ultimate authority on this topic (in the author’s opinion)].

A Perfectly Orchestrated Conspiracy?

For the express purpose of this book, the author has named these three demon spirits (assigned to Chicago, Illinois for his specific case) as follows: the Haman demon spirit, the Chameleon demon spirit, and finally, the Jezebel demon spirit. (These types of demon spirits are also referred to as Territorial Spirits in certain theological circles. These type of demonic forces first made their appearances in the Bible in the book of Daniel - Chapter 10: 13 & 20 - specifically to impede the program of God! Again, their specific characteristics and roles will be described in more detail in Chapter One - and in subsequent sections of this book.) Beginning in Chapter Six, the author will introduce demonspeak, a concept that supports his contention that demons actually speak to everyday people and tempt them to do ungodly, immoral, unethical, and illegal things. The author further contends that demons are not only a Biblical phenomenon as stated in Ephesians 6:12, but they are an inextricable part of our everyday life and are far more detrimental to those who don’t believe in them! Demonspeak can also be described as the Voice of Wrongdoing and Sinister Deception! In order to corroborate his own contentions in this book, the author also shares his opinion and provides examples of how certain Bible characters were also influenced by demonic spirits. In subsequent chapters, the author discusses how (in his opinion) the Haman, Chameleon, and Jezebel demon spirits (the ones he alludes to above) actually spoke to the four federal officials involved in his legal ordeal. The author also reveals the content of the specific demonspeak he believes was actually spoken to the federal officials; and, the specific supernatural dialogue will be related directly to the author’s personal legal challenges with these four federal officials. As these three alleged demonic spirits work together in the utmost harmony, their unity apparently influences the aforementioned civil and criminal prosecutors to operate in lock-step with the U.S. bankruptcy judge!

It appears that the U.S. bankruptcy judge in this story had very sinister and evil intent towards the author’s co-defendant, as evidenced by two separate federal investigations he apparently initiated against the author and his co-defendant. The first was a civil investigation by the U.S. bankruptcy court that he specifically ordered. Within 12 months, a criminal investigation was also opened, based solely upon the judge’s single biased (and ostensibly) demonically inspired referral to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. It seems as though this judge’s intention was to use the combination of these powerful U.S. Department of Justice agencies to completely destroy the livelihood and liberty of the author and his co-defendant. It also seems this judge believed that even if his apparently spurious allegations against the co-defendants ultimately proved to be false, the damage to them would already have been done. In fact, evidence also suggests the judge probably surmised: Who would have the audacity to even imply that a U.S. bankruptcy judge would lie and commit deliberate misconduct, anyway?

The ostensible plans of this brilliant and powerful U.S. bankruptcy judge appear to be perfectly executed. Unbeknownst to him, however, his seemingly sinister actions unwittingly (or wittingly) unleash a Tsunami of supernatural forces in modern-day Chicago; but, to his ultimate chagrin, however, the supernatural forces he apparently helps to unleash are both demonic - and Divine!

The reader will repeatedly encounter some extraordinarily strange, unnatural phenomena in Demons of Federal Misconduct: A Chicago Memoir! Therefore, the author has endeavored to build a very strong argument to demonstrate that the strange, bizarre, surreal, and highly improbable sequence of events that occurred in his federal prosecution is solely the result of opposing, supernatural forces unleashed by the apparent sinister actions of the U.S. bankruptcy judge. The author is thoroughly convinced that God ultimately dispatched two angels to Chicago to fight on behalf of the author and his co-defendant - and to counteract the evil plans of the demonic forces prior to the conclusion of the criminal proceedings. The defeated demonic forces, however, continued to fight like hell unto the very end.

Again, as an ordained Christian minister and Bible College adjunct professor, the author’s discussions and references to the supernatural and to spiritual forces are completely within the context of the Holy Bible; and, of course, the character and nature of angels and demons are very much present in the Bible. Accordingly, the Bible represents the authority on supernatural phenomena! Unless otherwise noted, all biblical references will be from the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible. Therefore, from the viewpoint of the Christian (and otherwise curious) reader, the first four chapters of Demons of Federal Misconduct: A Chicago Memoir! provide a valuable foundation and describe for the reader certain angelic and demonic forces from the perspective of the Bible. In other words, these very exciting chapters describe just how business conducted in the heavenlies ultimately affects us on earth! In reality, this book actually contains two-books-in-one that gradually crescendo in to one powerful stand-alone story - well before the book reaches its conclusion.

Nine Biblical corollaries are used by the author to compare specific aspects of his legal prosecution with similar instances of demonic attacks and subsequent angelic intervention as related to Biblical personalities. It is recommended, therefore, that the Christian (or any other interested) reader peruse the chapters containing each Bible corollary in order to obtain a full spiritual grasp of what actually transpires in the author’s legal case in the legal chapter that follows. If you are not interested in reading the first four Biblical corollary chapters - that will be a foundation of what happens further in the book from a spiritual perspective, you may go directly to Chapter Five! (Where the legal part of the book begins)

Most of the Bible corollaries focus on certain sovereign federal regimes themselves (that is, the Biblical Feds); and, since there really is … nothing new under the sun, the spiritual warfare between the divine forces and the demonic forces is the same in the 21st century as it was in Bible antiquity. Accordingly, the author is convinced there is a direct correlation between the chosen Biblical accounts and his own specific case; therefore, he will endeavor to demonstrate such in this book. These Bible corollaries lead right into their related legal corollaries in the author’s case! Moreover, many of the comments made about Bible personalities are equally applicable to the particular federal agent discussed in the succeeding chapter. Indeed, each Bible account was selected for its uncanny similarity to the author’s case. In the prelude to each Bible corollary, the author will explain why he has selected this particular passage, and how the main Bible character relates to the specific U.S. federal official that will be discussed in succeeding chapters. Therefore, for the Christian reader (or any other curious reader), a close reading of each specific Bible corollary is essential to understanding the spiritual aspects of the subsequent legal chapters - and, these chapters will bless you immensely! In fact, many of you will surely exclaim, I didn’t know this fact was even in the Bible!

Again, if the reader does not necessarily believe in the Bible, or just wants to circumvent the four brief foundational introductory Bible corollaries and go right to the meat of the business and legal chapters, feel free to go directly to Chapter Five. (But, I must forewarn you that each Biblical corollary I provide - is absolutely stacked with meat!) However, irrespective of which group of chapters you choose to read, each and every reader will be simply flabbergasted at the insidious, pernicious nature of the misconduct that certain powerful federal officials allegedly perpetrated against the author and his associate!

The following chapters contain the nine Biblical corollaries in this book: Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 13, 16, and 18. The legal chapters represent the remainder of the chapters. Moreover, a close reading of the riveting Postscripts I, II & III is an absolute must! Additionally, if you desire to research the subjects of angels, demons, spiritual warfare, and the Biblical supernatural further, then refer to the Recommend Readings in the back of the book. Now, if you choose to circumvent the chapters containing the Biblical corollaries prior to reading the legal materials, then by all means, you MUST return and read these chapters once you’ve completed this book. This will assist you in putting everything into a Biblical and spiritual perspective, and thereby understand the foundation of the author’s mindset and contentions. Additionally, by a close reading of the Biblical corollary chapters, you will readily discern the stark parallels between the content therein and the outcome and conclusion of the author’s story! Moreover, the first supernatural overlay in the legal chapters will begin in Chapter Seven. Then, in Chapter Seventeen (presented in two parts), the legal and the spiritual dimensions of this book collide in a big way - and remain inextricably interwoven right through to the Conclusion!

The Criminal Investigation!

The criminal investigation of the author and his co-defendant was headed-up by Assistant U.S. Attorney Lori Lightfoot. Of course, she has since become the mayor of Chicago in a historic election in April 2019 when she became the first female African American elected to that post. The author contends, and is certain that he will prove beyond a reasonable doubt (but absolutely will establish clear and convincing evidence) - his allegations that lead attorney Lightfoot unequivocally seemed to engage in a deliberate, malicious, insidious cover-up, and egregious misrepresentation - in order to seemingly frame the author and his co-defendant – according to the exact (clearly false) specifications of the bankruptcy judge! Again, just follow the evidence! Moreover, in order for the reader to glean a full understanding of the facts, and of the ostensible brazen egregious nature of the deliberate misconduct perpetrated against the author and his business associate, some of the same exculpatory evidence (evidence in the favor of the author and his business associate) will be repeated over-and-over again. Indeed, this evidence was also rehearsed for, and shown over-and-over again to the (civil and) criminal prosecutors, who appeared to figuratively and assiduously build an iron vault around it (and throw away the key); to seemingly assure that they (nor anyone else) would either see it nor hear it – in order justify their ostensibly conjured-up conclusions! In fact, the reader is going to know the exculpatory evidence as keenly as the skilled prosecutors did! Notwithstanding, that the prosecutors apparently engaged in a gargantuan cover-up, and feigned ignorance of the mammoth elephant in the room - that was figuratively staring them right in the face - long curved tusks and all! Furthermore, the reader will understand just how inexplicable, or even impossible it was for this mountain of exculpatory evidence to escape even the most poorly trained and inexperienced prosecutor. Much less, an absolutely brilliant, experienced, and seasoned prosecutor who had attended two of the top universities in the world - and who would later become the first Black female mayor of the City of Chicago! Unless, of course, she specifically engaged in a concerted effort to cover-up extremely important exculpatory evidence – evidence that would totally nullify the allegations and premise of this federal investigation! Was Lightfoot specifically mandated to deliver an indictment and conviction of the author and his co-defendant by the existing powers-that-be: by any means necessary?

Each legal chapter elucidates the specific events in the chronological order in which they occurred, and by whom they occurred. Each legal chapter will be meticulously corroborated by various forms of supportive documents including: excerpts of newspaper articles, excerpts of court records, a press release, and a formal complaint of misconduct against one of the alleged federal perpetrators of this seemingly pernicious action against the co-defendants. Additionally, the author takes the reader into the back rooms of the FBI investigation by making references to – and showing specific FBI transcripts that were shared with the author’s and co-defendant’s defense attorneys. Accordingly, the reader will know the exact and specific exculpatory information (evidence in the author’s favor) that the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office actually had in their possession (all along) during their investigation - prior to the seemingly contrived charges being levied against the author and his co-defendant! Moreover, the author only states facts that can be authenticated or corroborated. Other matters that the author strongly believes are true - but cannot totally prove as factual - are stated as such through the use of words such as: appears, seemingly, ostensibly, in the author’s opinion, etc. Additionally, all of the official responses to the complaints of misconduct written by the author against various federal agents are interspersed throughout this book.

As previously stated, the drama really gets ratcheted up to a fever pitch in Chapter Seventeen of Demons of Federal Misconduct: A Chicago Memoir! In this Chapter, the author integrates the natural legal aspects of his case with the perceived Biblical supernatural aspects - as the angelic forces begin to war with the demonic forces in all out spiritual warfare in the Dirksen Federal Building in Chicago. At this juncture in the legal process, the author and his co-defendant are mired under a virtually inescapable criminal burden that most of the legal specialists opined to as impossible to overcome. Accordingly, the author uses his far-reaching radio program to engage in public spiritual warfare against what he believes were the powerful demonic forces that had come against him. In the author’s opinion, the powerful demonic forces that ostensibly guided the actions of certain alleged roguish feds could only be stymied by the Divine forces of: God Himself - and the ultimate arrival of feds with integrity - and the two angels assigned to work along with them!

Chapters Are Progressive!

Each chapter of Demons of Federal Misconduct: A Chicago Memoir! is progressive with respect to the legal and spiritual content that pertains to the author’s case. In subsequent chapters the author discloses how the angelic, supernatural forces actually invade Chicago; and, in concert with the feds of integrity, they begin to turn the tide against the demonic supernatural forces and the alleged evil feds. The private and public spiritual warfare used by the author to fight the allegedly corrupt feds included: deliverance and imprecatory prayers against the demonic forces, divine decrees, declarations, confessions, as well as, spiritual warfare songs according to specific Biblical precedence. Moreover, specific federal misconduct is exposed very poignantly as the author continues to fight for his very life against the powerful demonic forces that have come against him and his co-defendant (allegedly - through the feds) consistent with Ephesians 6:12 in the Bible!

The divine irony of this whole case is that the very evidence favorable to the author (that was seemingly deliberately and maliciously ignored and covered-up by the alleged roguish feds) was apparently given a life of its own by the alleged misconduct and egregious cover-up. Then, like a hungry giant anaconda snake, divinely formed by God from the prosecutors’ own apparent misconduct, the deliberate, malicious, covered-up, and ignored evidence slithered back and suddenly squeezed the life out of their own bogus, pernicious case, devouring all those in its path!

The Appendix: The Devil is in the Details!

Finally, the author has included a short Appendix that contains several excerpts from the pertinent legal documents – including highly incriminating FBI transcripts germane to the alleged federal misconduct applicable to his legal prosecution. This information will help expose the deliberate evil lies the author feels were disseminated against him by the U.S. bankruptcy judge, Lightfoot, and the other federal prosecutors. Truly, as was stated before, The Devil is in the details; and, this truth will be conclusively demonstrated in the Appendix in an alarmingly real and palpable way! (The author strongly requests that the reader only refer to specific appendices in the order in which they are cited - so that the continuity of the book will not be disturbed, or that reading something out of context can be avoided.)

Footnotes: Chicago Style!

Of course, this book is titled: "Demons of Federal Misconduct: A Chicago Memoir!" Also, in Chapter Twelve - the prosecution of the author is referred to as: A Gangland Hit - Chicago Style! Moreover, one of the major antagonists of this book is the current mayor of Chicago (at the publication of this book). Therefore, I feel that it’s only fitting and appropriate that this book has - Chicago Style Footnotes! (Yes indeed, this book is a true Chicago phenomenon; however, as you will see, its application is definitely ubiquitous!) Accordingly, in each chapter, footnotes will be provided where appropriate by the author to substantiate and corroborate the author’s sources. Both the legal and the spiritual chapters will contain comprehensive Chicago style footnotes that the reader will be referred to at the rear of the book, which will be identified and segregated by chapter. As will become abundantly clear, both the legal and spiritual nuances and sources of this book have been painstakingly researched by the author!

Conclusion

In conclusion, a close reading of this book is essential for anyone desiring to know just how much non-fiction, real-life, supernatural phenomena are still very much in our midst today; indeed, this knowledge can add substantially to the quality of one’s life. In fact, this book can only be described as a Christian Nonfiction Legal Novel (with a Biblical narrative) - that not only was played out in the federal courtrooms of Chicago - but also the supreme courtroom of God! This book will expose the reader to the supernatural dynamics of warring angelic and demonic forces working through regular people – that are inextricably woven into our everyday lives - gripping the reader’s emotions from the beginning until the end. In fact, it contains so many amazing twists and turns that it would leave a fiction reader breathless. Indeed, this book certainly supports the old adage (first pinned by Byron’s - Don Juan in 1823) that – Truth is Stranger than Fiction! (Additionally, Great American author, humorist, and novelist Mark Twain added that: Fiction is obliged to stick with the possibilities – Truth isn’t!) Indeed, truth can go anywhere, or take any form that it wants – and it’s hindered by absolutely nothing! Fiction is limited – Truth is unlimited! The veracity of this quote is no more real than in this book! Moreover, the novel portion of this book will only serve to augment the predominant legal nonfiction narrative. It’s hard to believe this is a true legal story that actually happened to two people in 21st century U.S. justice system in Chicago.

The cataclysmic and controversial Conclusion to this book will simply mesmerize the reader as the true heavenly scenario is divulged from the author’s perspective. Who was the real target of the two U.S. government investigations; and (from what the author believes is God’s perspective), what was the real reason for this entire legal ordeal anyway? The highly unpredictable ending will come completely out of the blue; consequently, hitting the reader with a dramatic sucker punch that will leave the reader totally flummoxed and speechless at the prospect of something like this actually happening in our 21st century U.S. justice system, and in corporate America to two unsuspecting Christian businessmen - who just happen to be Black! Now, buckle your seatbelts, and get ready to witness a mind-blowing display of egregious and sinister official misconduct – also referred to as moral turpitude! You will witness the following: (1) A battle between angels and the territorial demonic forces assigned to the modern-day federal justice system in Chicago, IL., USA; (2) the very personification and workings of Ephesians 6:12 (Spiritual Wickedness in High Places); and, (3) the Sovereignty of God!

CHAPTER ONE

Federal Misconduct & Ephesians 6:12: The Unseen Connection!

In this book, I strongly believe and contend that demonic activity and influence played a major role in the instigation and perpetuation of the virtual decade-long prosecution I endured. As stated in the Preface, it is my opinion that because so many people were blessed both naturally and spiritually by God as a result of my seventeen-year radio ministry, angry demonic forces waged an all-out assault against my Christian radio ministry and my business associate. In fact, before you read any further, if you have not first read the Preamble, the Overture, the Introduction and the Preface, I strongly urge you to do so at this juncture. These introductory sections will put everything into perspective. Otherwise, you, the reader, may form a totally incorrect opinion of this book from the outset! Moreover, as I stated before, if you do not want to review the spiritual subject matter and pertinent corollaries at this time, or you want to go straight to the legal section of my book, go directly to Chapter Five! Chapters One through Four give the reader an excellent spiritual foundation and underpinning for what’s coming in the duration of this book (and these four chapters are also very short ones). Chapter One is surely the most Biblically esoteric (deep) chapter in this entire book. However, once you get through this one, the other chapters will be a cake-walk!

Now, in order to familiarize the reader with the subject of demons and angels, and their relationship to the affairs of men in both the 21st century and in biblical antiquity, I provide a brief and basic overview of the subject of demons and angels based on the Holy Bible. This is my sole source of information for describing the nature and character of demons and demonic activity, as they relate to the affairs of man. This book will contain no references to any supernatural spiritual activity outside the scope of the Bible! Unless otherwise noted, all Biblical references will be from the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible.

This section is a very basic explanation of supernatural activity designed primarily for Bible laymen or people with no or limited knowledge of the Bible. Our discussion is not intended to be a comprehensive or exhaustive study on the subject of supernatural phenomena. It will not encompass all of the Biblical references to demons and angels. Our discussion, in this brief chapter and throughout the entire book, merely provides an overview of the subject of supernatural activity in the affairs of men. It includes only selected biblical passages I feel are appropriate for the reader’s basic understanding as they relate to my legal case. Additionally, all of the specific Bible texts used will be provided for you, the reader, for your own independent review.

Demons: Fact or Fiction?

A perusal by the reader of the first four chapters of Demons of Federal Misconduct: A Chicago Memoir! will dovetail nicely with my personal testimony and legal proceedings beginning in Chapter Five. Thereafter, I will discuss my legal situation in every other subsequent chapter. As an ordained minister, I believe that each illustrated Bible passage has a direct supernatural correlation to a natural occurrence within my legal investigation, just as the following Bible passage does:

And I saw three (individual)

spirits like frogs come out of the

mouth of the dragon and out of

the mouth of the beast, and out of

the mouth of the false prophet. For

they are spirits of devils (demons)

working (evil) miracles, which go

forth into the kings (Certain feds in

my own case?) of the earth and of

the whole world . . . Revelation 16:13-14

(author’s parenthetical comments)

The preceding Bible passage describes the end-time events leading up to the battle of Armageddon, when Jesus Christ shall return to earth and establish His kingdom for a period of one thousand years. According to my interpretation of the Bible¹, immediately prior to Christ’s return to earth, the whole world will experience a seven-year period called the tribulation period.

According to my understanding of the scriptures², the tribulation period (especially during its last 3 ½ years) will be the most evil, dangerous, and wicked time period in the entire history of mankind. During the tribulation period, the Prince of demons (Satan) will enjoy free reign on the earth. In the middle of this seven-year period, Satan shall possess the most powerful ungodly leader the earth has ever known! This final three-and-a-half-year period is referred to as the Great Tribulation period. Continuing on this line of interpretation, the church of God (i.e., the believers in God) will already have been taken out of the world and will escape the forthcoming hell on earth as described in the Bible³.

Incidentally, the Great Tribulation will be far worse than any period ever known to mankind. To give the reader a basic grasp of this opening Bible passage, I will share a few of the supernatural demonic occurrences that will transpire in the Great Tribulation period as the events leading up to Armageddon unfold. Later on, I will explain how my own legal ordeal (which caused me to experience a taste of tribulation, as a result of a specific demonic attack), represents a microcosm of the above Bible passage. I am convinced that three demonic spirits influenced four U. S. Federal officials in my legal ordeal. In my opinion, the highest-ranking and most vicious of the three is the one I believe to have ‘influenced" the U.S. Bankruptcy Judge. According to the Bible⁴, at one juncture during the Great Tribulation period, demonically-inspired locusts will emerge from the bottomless pit and cover the whole earth, (just as they did in the biblical account⁵ of the exodus of the Jews from Egypt). However, God commanded these locusts not to harm any grass or green thing on the earth, but only to harm the people who do not have the seal of God in their foreheads. These locusts will have the sting of scorpions in their tails and teeth of lions! The sting and bite of the locusts will be so excruciating and tormenting that the victim will immediately want to die and seek death! Death, however, will be removed from the earth for five months. No matter how sick or injured, or how desperate they are to see death, no one will be able to die! Can you imagine what will happen in this world when death takes a five-month holiday? Moreover, just like the Covid-19 Coronavirus, the evidence suggests that these locusts will be invisible!

Immediately following this five-month period, four very powerful demons will be set free--demons presently held in captivity in the river Euphrates because they are so terribly vicious! Collectively, these demons will destroy and kill one-third of the earth’s human population in a mere thirteen months! Accompanied by certain beasts that will have heads as lions, and will spew fire, smoke and sulfuric acid from their mouths, these four demons will somehow work through 200,000,000 people! Moreover, their tails will be highly venomous snakes whose poisonous bites will be quite lethal! Indeed, the Coronavirus COVID-19 turned our world upside-down (with almost six million deaths worldwide as of March 1, 2022, according to John Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center). However, as you can see, COVID-19 can’t even remotely compare to what these four demons are going to do during the Great Tribulation period. This is a time period of pure dread and terror!

At the conclusion of the seven-year tribulation period, the battle of Armageddon (i.e., mount of Slaughter) will take place in Megiddo, an area located in the Middle East in northwest Palestine. The Bible⁶ tells us that the chaos will be so utterly devastating, there will be bloodshed spanning approximately 190 miles and flowing up to six feet deep over that entire area! Furthermore, the Bible⁷ tells us that men’s flesh will consume away while they stand on their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth! This supernatural reality is far scarier than even the best fiction writers can imagine or fathom!

This concludes my brief description and analysis of the opening Bible passage and how it primarily relates to the future of humankind. If you want to study this further, you may want to refer to your local pastor or theologian regarding the issues of Biblical Eschatology, i.e., the branch of theology that is concerned with the end of the world (which is the subject I have taught in Bible College for many years). What’s more, you will find that the Bible is replete with such information. Now, let’s talk about the origin and character of demons, and parlay that knowledge to my case. Although I cannot unequivocally prove it, I explain how I sincerely believe that certain demons strongly influenced at least four federal officials in my own legal situation.

Origin of Demons

For the purposes of this book, a demon is defined as an evil spirit. According to my understanding of the Bible, a demon spirit was formerly an angel of God who was deceived into betraying God by Lucifer, one of God’s most powerful angels. When Lucifer decided that he wanted to take God’s place, he was de-commissioned as an angel and no longer allowed to reside in heaven with God, even though he is still allowed to periodically visit there. Moreover, his name was changed from Lucifer to Satan, the Prince of demons. According to the Bible⁸, Satan was so deceptive and alluring that one-third of the angels in heaven voluntarily followed him and became demons. Moreover, God originally created Hell for Satan and the other fallen angels (also called demons, or dark angels). But now, God has expanded Hell to punish all humankind who will not embrace and love God!

Many theologians understand that God originally created three arch-angels to oversee the innumerable angelic host: (1) Gabriel, the messenger angel⁹; (2) Michael, the warrior (or enforcer) angel¹⁰; and (3) Satan, also called Lucifer, the …Son of the morning.¹¹ These theologians believe Satan was the angel of praise and worship in heaven. One-third of the innumerable host of angels fell from heaven along with their leader, Satan (the Prince of demons), whose nature and character embody the demonic host.

Demons Have (Federal) Rank and Jurisdiction!

At this juncture, I will engage in a brief discussion of the rank of demons, a topic that will have special applicability to my book. Demon spirits not only have rank, or hierarchy; but they also have jurisdiction! These demon spirits are also called Territorial Spirits (or demons).

In fact, the Living Bible version of Ephesians 6:12 states that: We are not fighting against people made of flesh and blood, but against persons without bodies-the evil rulers of the unseen world, those mighty satanic beings and great evil princes of darkness who rule this world; and against huge numbers of wicked spirits in the spirit world.

Revelation 16:13, 14 reads: For they are spirits of demons…which go forth into the kings of the earth and of the whole world…, demon spirits must work through people. Demons work through and influence people! The entire human race is subject to the influence of demonic activity if they allow themselves to be deceived–wittingly or unwittingly. They range from the lowest echelons of society to the highest stratum of society, including federal officials, corporate stalwarts, and the intelligentsia of our world. Even some religious leaders. They can be of any race or religion; and, can be a male or female (some of whom will be starkly evident as my book unfolds)! I liken demons to the coronavirus of the spiritual world. Only they deal with the spirit of man. However, in addition to also being invisible, they are far more deadly and lethal than the physical coronavirus or COVID-19. The more important, influential, highly esteemed, and highly situated in political power these people are, the more havoc, evil, and destruction these demonic spirits can accomplish on Earth working through them. Accordingly, the more powerful and influential the status of a particular person, the greater the rank of the demonic spirit assigned to demonize that person. In other words, high-ranking demons influence high-ranking people - especially the Feds and other federal officials! Federal prosecutors have the power to essentially destroy an individual’s life, but they must do it with integrity, and not commit misconduct against a person to achieve an indictment or a conviction! Indeed, I believe this is precisely what occurred in my legal prosecution. This book endeavors to corroborate this supposition. For instance, according to the Bible,¹² when King David wanted to number (i.e., take a census of) the people of Israel to determine the military strength of Israel, against the commandment of God (because God was Israel’s strength), Satan himself was allowed by God to enter into David. As the high-ranking ruler over all of Israel (God’s people), God allowed Satan to personally influence King David, and as a result, according to the Bible¹³, seventy-thousand people died because of David’s Federal Misconduct!

Another example of the attraction of high-ranking demonic spirits to important people concerns Judas Iscariot, one of Jesus’ twelve disciples and a trusted confidante. Judas was the disciple that betrayed Jesus by identifying Him to His accusers by way of a kiss. Because Jesus was God’s Son, and Satan wanted to strike a crippling blow to the kingdom of God, who better than the prince of demons himself, Satan - with God’s permission, of course--to possess and influence Judas Iscariot! In the end, however, Satan is the one that was unquestionably duped, since God had already factored into His eternal equation the betrayal by Judas Iscariot!

Please keep in mind, however, that demons cannot just possess or influence anyone. Instead, people wittingly or unwittingly invite demons in as a result of their own evil and ungodly intentions. I strongly believe this is what occurred with many of the Federal officials involved in my legal prosecution.

Consider this: according to the Bible,¹⁴ in approximately 534 B.C., when the prophet Daniel was serving King Cyrus in the mighty world-ruling Medo-Persian kingdom, Daniel prayed and made a specific petition of God. So determined was Daniel to get an answer from God that he prayed and fasted for three full weeks. At the end of the three weeks, the Archangel Gabriel finally arrived with an answer from God for Daniel. God informed Daniel that from the very first day he had begun to pray, God had heard his prayer and dispatched Gabriel from heaven. However, while in route to Daniel, Gabriel was intercepted by a high-ranking demon, referred to as the Prince of Persia (the demon spirit assigned by the devil to the mighty sovereign power of Media-Persia). This demon spirit detained the messenger archangel Gabriel for three full weeks! God then dispatched Michael, the warrior archangel, to extricate Gabriel from the clutches of the demon power of the Prince of Persia. After he delivered the message to Daniel, Gabriel informed Daniel that he had to return to the fight that Michael was engaged in with the demonic forces. Gabriel also informed Daniel that at a later time in the future, the Prince of Persia would be replaced by (the demon spirit of) the Prince of Greece. Sure enough, just as Gabriel prophesied, Greece succeeded Media-Persia almost two hundred years later under the leadership of Alexander the Great (and the demonic spirit of the Prince of Greece was then assigned to influence the Federal government of Greece!). Pretty deep stuff--huh?

By extension, Satan also assigns demon spirits to the various major world powers in our world today-including the United States! Accordingly, regional and local demon spirits are also assigned to their respective territories. Therefore, I strongly believe that the three demon spirits described in this book were specifically assigned to Chicago, Illinois. They were given specific instructions from Satan to destroy the life and Christian law practice of my business associate, and my life and Christian business and radio ministry because we were so successful (and Satan absolutely hated that) --because "we gave God the glory!" Satan is always inextricably connected to the federal and local governments of the world to tempt gullible public officials to commit misconduct and wrongdoing! (1 Pet. 5:8 and Mt. 4:8)

In my own legal prosecution, I believe that the demonic power assigned to the Federal region of Chicago (or the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division) was the territorial demon spirit that allegedly influenced a powerful U.S. Bankruptcy Judge to come against me and my co-defendant. For the sole purpose of what is discussed in this book, Demons of Federal Misconduct: A Chicago Memoir!, I shall call this demonic spirit the Haman demon spirit. In Chapter Six, I will describe more fully the sinister characteristics of this demon spirit.

Moreover, I believe that the U.S. Bankruptcy Prosecutor was strongly influenced by a territorial demon spirit that I shall refer to as the Chameleon demon spirit (one that changes colors, postures, and stances easily, according to the specific situation). The characteristics of the Chameleon demon spirit shall be discussed in more detail in Chapters Two and Eight of this book. Finally, although I cannot prove it, I strongly believe that Lori Lightfoot (the current Mayor of Chicago at the publication of this book) and the F.B.I. Agent assigned to my case were both strongly influenced by the "Jezebel" (territorial) demon spirit. The characteristics of the Jezebel demon spirit shall be discussed in more detail in Chapter Thirteen of this book.

Satan: The ‘god’ of This World

I earlier stated that Lucifer wanted to take the place of God when the spirit of pride engulfed
