Roberta: "It was amazing. This book is both fun and educational!! I love that the illustrations so clearly show the facial expressions of the children as they meet the terrible child eating giant only to find out that not all rumours are true. The story lends itself to discussions to help both emotional and moral development. As a teacher in Norway I also think this book is a wonderful way to introduce my children to Cambodia and it’s culture."
Rob McCurdy: "A wonderful story that keeps the reader engaged by wondering what will happen next. It has so many opportunities for educating kids as there are concepts and messages hidden throughout the text that are just waiting to be explored. The illustrations are great, the emotions are stimulated and there is a certain amount of fun as well. A great link between two cultures and hopefully the first of many such stories."
