About this ebook

Time-travel can travel someone to a time they never imagined they could be at. And every place in this Earth is not the un-safest place in it, but it's the most dangerous place in the world! ... There are many bizarre things around the wide sphere we live in yet to be discovered by us humans - or maybe some have come across them, but evade talking of them to avoid being unrealistically mocked while being taken to asylums. (It's mysterious how 'it becomes saddy when a cat gets run over than a raccoon does',) but all-in-all, we are ain't human to our own humans. It's a fucked up world continuing to fuck up each and everyone whom the world feels not fit to fit in it!

    PROLOGUE

    APRIL, 29, 2010

Years ago, twelve years ago, they were on that conference in Chicago.

I wish I would’ve appreciated you better. I let you see me clearly without the scars.

    What are you saying Ephane?

I’m saying I built a home around and across us, just to seal us from the ‘high winds’ of imposters, but homes don’t work that way. … Homes never work that way.

    . . .

February, 21, 2022 Porte Rico, Atlantic Ocean

The grammy-white McLaren yacht was cutting through the Atlantic waters at 11AM while sailing marvelously with a cool 30 knots cruise. Besides it on both sides, two dolphins’ elegance competition against its speed - submerging and emerging in the oceanic waves at an interval of 57 seconds each, creamed their superb heartfelt show of delightfulness for the glory of voyage.

By none helter disturbances from the massive deep blue ocean, the mesmeree sun snatched that accrued moment to trans-shine even to the very deepest terrains in the seabed as the floras and faunas of the sea acclaimed intellectuality in every island on the aorist.

What happened? Aloyce wondered, glancing at Ephane while seated on a pink roller chair on the back of the yacht, sipping diligent shots of the Moonlight Vodka. Were it a will? Could have chained for all that long? … It’s weird how saddy it gets when a small cat gets run over by a truck than a raccoon does.

Time – always as known to do best in conspiring the docile brain in frequent procrastinations every now-and-then, had exactly done so for more than 48 minutes to Alicious-Aloyce’s mind with the silence that was peaking up heavily like a vague hurricane. But she could no-longer take it no more, or rather, atleast she would have loved to hear him say something.

Gathering some inner courage, she broke the queer muteness. Hi Ephane.

Unfortunately, Ephane offered no response. He only sighed as he stood up from his posterior seat and walked slowly towards the cabin of the yacht.

( -Here we go again.- ) Aloyce’s heart lowly wailed, peeping at the two dolphins on her left side. ( -I should have seen that coming.- )

Though to her nice surprise, Ephane Crate walked back slowly to the backyard of the yacht holding a bottle of champagne and two narrow-necked Imperial glasses. Hi Ms. Alicious.

She glimpsed at him and her inner doppelganger scythed. ( -Thanks the Heavens.- )

Ephane then smiled as he sat down on the adjacent seat. Indeed, you haven’t lost your pretty smile.

( -Oh Lord!- ) Her heart was much amused in nostalgia. She blushed and glanced at the dolphins again, then looked back at him. Neither have you.

    Might never know.

    I’m sorry?

Anyways beautiful, he popped the champagne with his left hand’s thumb, care to feel the Redd Rose?

I could really use the wine and abandon this Vodka. She smiled once more then she placed her glass of Moonlight drink on the woolen table. I don’t mind.

The two dolphins to the right had now begun to swim rather fast while leaving adorable trails behind them as Aloyce made a ‘pinch blessing’ on the classy-purple bottle. Shortly afterwards, she opened the sealed lid and the flawl wine sprouted out in bias vileness, splashing some liquidize patches on their executive Louis Vuitton garments.

Oops, she sighed. It came quick. My bad.

Ha-ha. ... The Rose might make you come quick too. Ephane chuckled.

    What?

I mean, to come quick to New York one day, you know.

    Ephane??

    "That city
