Sebastian holds BA and MA degrees from Trinity College Dublin (Ireland); an MPH degree from the University of Cape Town (South Africa); is a former adjunct assistant professor at Trinity College Dublin; is an affiliate of the University of California (USA); and holds a doctorate by life research from the University of Westminster (United Kingdom).
