About this ebook

The author provides this information regarding the end of the world because the truth of this matter can be very motivating. There is only one goal, and that is to help people to succeed in life, and that can be expressed as sharing in the Divine Nature. This is also God’s only purpose for the physical creation (the stage) and specifically for His creation of humankind. God’s purpose will be fulfilled in every person who succeeds. It would be impossible to explain the reason for our existence unless God revealed it. Indeed, God has graciously revealed the truth, and as we come to this knowledge, all the pieces of life fit perfectly together, including the end of all things. We can see God correctly and thus understand Him as the perfect absence of evil, as the perfect judge that is His ability to perfectly manage love and justice for each person, and many other things. The understanding of the end of the world comes from building up this knowledge of God as He has revealed Himself. We see God completing His communication with humankind and realize God cannot lie and learn of humankind’s location following death, where they await the Last Day and final judgment. When people have no foundation in truth, they struggle to come to the truth about spiritual matters and, in this case, about the end of the world. We will not provide you with some nonsensical man-made fabrications regarding the end of the world but help you to come gradually to the truth. Then there will be absolute certainty. The revealed understanding of God explains a great deal about our existence. In the process of achieving His purpose, He is greatly grieved and how unlike humankind when they gain power and often become selfish, greedy, and proud. God easily distinguishes good from evil and, in His wisdom, can make the perfect separation, and amazingly the decision is made for God by each person’s choices. The Last Day begins with Christ’s return and taking those who are “in Christ,” and then the scriptures define several events, including the destruction of all things physical and the transformation of each person into an entity that will be theirs for eternity. Then the final judgment before the judge, who is Jesus. Eternity begins for each person, with some receiving the second death and others the new heaven and new earth – a place they share with God the Father and the Son – quite amazing. You will understand why God withheld His power to a very large extent throughout the time since creation. You will learn why time was one of God’s creations and that it was never part of God’s existence and will not be part of existence after the Last Day. Most importantly, as you work through the book, it will become clear that the end of the world is not important. It is the end event in God’s creation, but God’s focus is always on His purpose, and that purpose is your success. Nothing will be more important for each person than their relationship with God. Unless there is a relationship, a person will fail in life, and that can be stated as dying in their sins. The things that God emphasizes for humankind will be presented, and one of those things is quite disconcerting, namely that few will succeed. Like so many things, we only know the truth if God reveals it. Since God also reveals He desires all to succeed, this “FEW” is even more baffling yet easily understood within God’s revelation. Humankind has put its twist on everything from God’s word and is always wrong. You will find comfort in God’s way, in His perfection, and in this book, how and why He brings an end to the world.
