Lynne Burney was born in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 1952. She has lived and worked in France for the past forty-two years. She has been an executive coach for more than twenty-five years and has run her own school-LKB School of Coaching-in Paris for the past twenty-two years. She has a son and two beautiful granddaughters. She said yes to her life partner, Richard, in February, 2000 when he suggested a pilgrimage to the feet of Saint James in Santiago, Spain. She said yes again when he asked her to marry him in 2016. They live in Paris.
