About this ebook
This book is a psychological survival guide for men who have reached a precipice. The chapters within this book draw upon the wisdom of many psychologists, philosophers, poets and notable speakers from the past and the modern era. The main body of work in this book is a culmination of the author's life experiences to date; living as a single father in the UK and having to get by despite the inequalities and injustices faced by men in today's gynocentric society.
Though the subject matter does not go into personal details or much anecdotal storytelling, it does suggest an essential attitude to solitude and spiritual awareness that can help men cast off the conditioned male stereotypes and biological drives that will lead them into a life of servitude.

I've been a perpetual student since 2016 studying psychology and counseling for a BSc (Hons) degree. Covering CBT, Mindfulness, Humanistic, Systemic and Psychoanalytic approaches, social science, addictions, mental health, intelligence, memory, perception, forensic psychology, dementias, neurology, pharmacology, developmental and general psychology using both qualitative and quantitative methods. I’ve studied almost every available module to date earning several distinctions along the way. Currently studying sports psychology, I plan to end my studies in 2024 after completing every module in the degree course. I'm also a veteran of the family courts having represented myself as a litigant in person over three years to win a defined contact order. I've been raising my daughter as a single father since separating from her mother in 2006. During that time we've moved home 8 times as there are no social housing options for single fathers. I've been homeless 3 times since my daughter was born. Sleeping in my car when I left the family home, then in hotels and B&Bs when I could afford it and then having to return to my parents spare room one time in between rented accommodations. Needless to say it has not been easy being a single parent, working full time and surviving solely on the money I earned as a construction worker. Thankfully for the majority of the time my daughter and I have had adequate housing, albeit privately rented. Those times have been the best. We did everything a father and his young daughter should be doing; baking terrible cookies, trips to the zoo, watching Shrek and Monsters Inc more times than I can remember, buying hamster after hamster and reading bedtime stories. Life has always been better without a woman around as they've always been abusive to both myself and my daughter, sad but true. Having lived through the suicides of close friends, the workplace deaths of others, a 4 month sentence in HMP Woodhill and the recommendation that I be sectioned after suffering a second abusive relationship; it became evident to me that men are not getting such a good deal out there. The men's rights movement have good intentions and organisations such as Families Need Fathers do a great job of supporting men through family court proceedings. However, there comes a time when a man has to ask himself, am I better off just staying single and living for myself...?
