About this ebook
Easy Mark is a series that follows Victoria, a beautiful and sexually frustrated New Yorker looking for love and lust in equal measure. What begins as a dreaded trek from Upper Manhattan to a Brooklyn book signing ends in a night with a seemingly perfect man named Mark. He seems to sense immediately that she longs to be dominated and she can't help but give in to the fantasy. Still, her doubts and fears are ever-present- he must be too good to be true. As their erotic adventure unfolds, Victoria learns that true intimacy often means complete surrender.

Easy Mark
Finally, a downtown train screeched into the station. Beads of sweat crawled down the small of my back. The air was thick on the platform and I wondered why I bothered doing anything to enhance my looks in the summer as expensive skincare serum melted off my face. I stepped into the cool of the car and took a seat in a quiet corner, the perfect spot to daydream on the long trek to deep Brooklyn. Fucking Brooklyn.
My oldest friend, Liz, would be signing copies of her latest book. It was a mandatory excursion. These kinds of events should be behind me, I thought. Here in our 30s, friends’ book signings should be at the Upper West Side Barnes and Noble, not some hole-in-the-wall hipster joint in Brooklyn called Das Books.
I pulled a mirror from my shoulder bag and had to admit to myself that I looked good tonight. I’d perfected my makeup routine over the years: not too much, not too little. Dark eyebrows arched perfectly over hazel eyes, set in slightly sun-kissed skin, skin that is somehow porcelain in winter and olive in summer. I knew it could be worse. I liked my body today.
