SONNET OF FAITH

A Small Contemplative Voice

Within quiet moments

When reflection minutes

Ponders spiritual insight

God’s light shines bright

Hidden answers often revealed

In quiet times

Can be heard the voice of God

By intuition’s stirrins, impression’s revelations

And by stillness, hear the soft

Whisper of God, like the rustling of leaves,

And the breeze of the winds,

Through a small contemplative voice

God reveals his will

To walk in faith and peace

‘TIS THE ESSENCE OF LIFE

‘Tis the essence of life,

To serve in majestic devotion,

In faithful allegiance to those in need,

Drawn in the circle of the fellowship of love,

Focused on service to your fellow citizen,

Sustained in the fellowship of humanity,

Pure love induces peaceful security,

A doctrine of Christian charity,

To serve the suffering, wounded, and damaged,

In love and chartable devotion,

As a master physician, a sacred healer,

A CANDLE FOR FAITH

In time, faith must be believed

In time, faith and hope succeed

In time, doubts recede

Hope rises in the sunlight

Darkness fears the light

Joy replaces life’s epitaph

And bathes in eternal might

Such payment God recompense delights

In the darkest of nights

The faith of God’s light

Like a candle burns bright

To light the night

Illuminated with a candle

A KING’S RANSOM

The children of the Lord,

Through the enticing of Lucifer,

And through death and the chains and shackles of hell,

Are burdened in the captivity of sin,

Are bound to the imprisonment of death and hell,

But as God promised King David,

He would not leave David’s soul in hell,

And release him from prison and captivity,

Thus, the Lord Christ ransomed his life,

To obtain the release of all God’s children,

From death, hell, sin and captivity,

Ring out, with holy angels’ bells,

All of God’s children are worth,

A king’s ransom

A PRAYER FOR GRACE AND REDEMPTION

A prayer for grace

Ascends to the high heavens,

To the Celestial court of Gods,

And into the ears, of our Lord Christ,

That through his grace and devotion to his Holy Father’s children,

Our Lord may apply his tender mercies,

Upon the lost, the homeless, the hopeless,

The disenfranchised, the emotionally and mentally ill,

The poor, the fatherless, the wayward, and waylessness, the sick and afflicted,

Those beset by grief whom have lost their light of faith,

O’ Lord, outstretch thy marvelous arms of salvation,

Let thy grace adorn them and thy tender mercies fill their hearts with love and thy peace

We supplicate thee our Savior and Redeemer

To answer the petitions, prayers and supplications of our hearts

AFFIRMATION

As discouragements battle rages

Disillusionment and chaos

Exhibit double jeopardy

Destructive scenes

Afflictions received, recession screams

In hopelessness, the hapless

Focus on hope to rise

Above hopelessness and homelessness

And secure a renewed affirmation

Of God’s divine light

And eternal plan

In hope faith is born

ANCIENT ANCESTORS SPEAK

I awoken from my night dream,

The voice of my ancient ancestors spoke to me,

Awake! Open thine eyes!

And behold the glory of our Lord,

Let his praise seal your lips for his adoration,

Let your heart be uplifted for his exaltation,

Let his salvation be upon your heart and mind,

Forever impressed upon your soul,

For our Great God is eternally merciful and his grace is upon his children,

Accept the salvation and exaltation of your redeeming Lord,

Let his royal seal be upon your lips,

And thus, was the voices of my ancestors spoken to me!

ANCIENT OF DAYS

In the valley of Adam- Ondi -Ahman

In prehistoric times, Adam, the father of the human family

Called a holy council for his numerous prosperity

Before this family council

The council of the God’s gathered, God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit,

Deus pater, deus filius, deus spiritus sanctus

A holy council of the Gods to plan the salvation and redemption of the mortal father Adam and mother Eve, and their mortal posterity

Of one mind, one heart and one design of one spirit in unity,

Hence, in the ancient Ademic tongue, Adam’s and Eve’s posterity were instructed,

Thus, is the mystery of the Gods and their divine intervention upon father Adam and mother Eve,

In the Ancient of Days

ANQUISH OF SOUL

In the darkest moments

When the consumption

Of anguish rages

Like a wild fire in the soul

To destroy peace

Be still, look to God!

And live by the grace

Of your Lord’s perfections

For in God’s perfection

Grace and mercy,

Will heal your imperfections,

In prayer, call upon his holy name

As a song of Faith

That his spirit, like a dove of peace

May descend upon your heart

As the healing ointment of Gilead

Which reinvigorates body, mind, heart and soul

Look to God and live

Kneel in prayer

And call upon the Holy One of Israel!

And find the hearts contemplative peace

For in God is life

To remedy,

Anguish in the soul

ARAPAHO PRINCESS

Beautiful Arapaho princesses,

Royalty of the Wyoming plains,

Strong and resolute,

Swift as the spring winds,

She hears the voice of her tribal ancestors,

Calling her to dance at pow wow,

The Great Spirit guides her,

To follow the old ways,

Respect the land,

And all nature created by the Great Spirit,

Arapaho women, Arapaho princess,

Keep peace with your Elders,

Accept the gifts of the creator,

Remember, your tribe lives within you,

Hear the beat of the drums and the songs of your people,

As the eagle soars high over the Wyoming plains

BEGINNINGS

In the mists of time,

The faithful were called to worship,

Uplift their voices in praise and Thanksgiving,

To their God and creator,

A Heavenly Father,

A royal king transcending,

Mortality and finite existence,

Thus, was born the beginnings of faith,

The spiritual existence of humankind,

The souls reach outward and upward,

On a extraterrestrial, extraordinary journey,

Beyond the stars, at the gates of heaven,

To worship and enjoy a celestial sphere,

To ascertain the mysteries of God,

To circumvent the ordinary and mundane,

To find triumph with God in the human experience,

To overcome earthly obstacles and reach towards the celestial orbs,

To know the divine and pay homage to the divine spark,

Within every human being,

As a burning desire to traverse the infinite,

A light of Christ, burning bright,

Within each soul as a gift from deity,

By the almighty hand of God!

BELIEVE IN HEAVENLY POWER

Believe!

Yes, believe!

Believe in the power of God!

Believe that God created all things,

Both in the heavens and upon earth,

Believe God hath all power over the wonders of the universe!

And manifest in the beauty of nature upon the earth,

Believe that God will yet create many wondrous and marvelous things,

Both in the heavens and upon the face of the earth,

Believe that God hath all power,

To bring salvation to the lost, lonely, sick, fearful and afflicted,

Believe that God shall redeem all his children,
