Samuel Chen

Samuel Chen lived in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. He worked in Beijing as an interior designer but after participating in the Southern Streets Activities in Guangdong Province, the Public Security Bureau put him on a blacklist and forbade him to leave the country. He eventually escaped to Vietnam before fleeing to Europe and then the United States of America. He lives in Washington, D.C.

Dear global dictators, hello.

In the past one hundred years, it has not been easy to maintain dictatorship because the United States has assumed for itself the role of the world’s police, and it was necessary to maintain law, order, and civilization on the earth and not to allow too many authoritarian regimes to survive.

Nowadays, that’s good news. The president of the United States at the time of this writing, Mr. Donald Trump, decided not to make the United States the global police. He began to shrink the circle of war and the influence of the United States from the world stage. He planned only to manage the United States well. However, he was and is wrong.

This is an era of the internet.

This is a global village.

This is a whole new world.

The lifestyle of all mankind is interconnected and inseparable. How can it be cut apart? A butterfly in Africa flapping its wings will produce the butterfly effect, causing the United States to collapse. President Trump’s shortsightedness, arbitrariness, and arrogance will have inevitably led the United States to decline.

How can a policeman partner with a group of thieves in a community? What would happen if he chose to do this? The security of the entire community would become chaotic, horrible, and dangerous. This would be a disaster.

How can the richest gentleman do business with a group of the most despicable thieves in a town? What would happen if he chose to do this? The richest gentleman would be killed, his property stolen, and his wife and daughters raped and turned into sex slaves. This would also be a disaster.

Today, the United States and many rogue countries have become close friends. So what are you waiting for?

Dear global dictators, you should unite and move in unison to further the decline of the United States, pushing the United States to perish.

How to send the United States into extinction? The way is to let the United States disintegrate and the states declare independence, as the United States has become a confederate country like Europe. The divided United States will no longer be a powerful military country but simply a union of many small countries. In this way, it can no longer manage international affairs. In these circumstances, you can do whatever you want.

Dear global dictators, after the demise of the United States, you can quickly push the giant wheel of history and move all humankind to the dark abyss that will never end. You can restore the monarchy, passing it on from generation to generation, and make it into hereditary succession, keeping your people as slaves to support you.

This book proposes how to destroy the United States. Please read it carefully and put it into practice.

May your dynasties flourish forever in eternal prosperity.

PREFACE

Dear friends, hello.

As I write, it is June 19, 2020. In November of this year, the United States will hold an election. It will be five months before we can know who the next US president will be.

However, in my anthology Rainbow Will Rise Up (2019), I insulted the current US president, Donald Trump, as a political she-male. In this year’s anthology How to Destroy America, I am cursing him as a shit-eating emperor. I am translating both these books into English for publication in the United States. So what will happen if President Donald Trump is reelected?

If he loses this year, I will live in the United States very safely. If he is reelected, I will be persecuted, forced to sneak away and flee from the United States.

If he is reelected, he will become a dictator, and the United States will become a dictatorship. Dictatorships are refugee-exporting countries. If Trump is reelected, the United States will produce a large number of political refugees, and everyone will scramble to flee the United States.

If he is reelected this year, the United States will perish in the next fifty years. So I put forth this book as a historical witness, so that everyone might verify my prediction.

If he is reelected, the world will enter the polar-night era in the next thousand years, and humankind will lose all hope of a better future.

The world is so sad. But if this is God’s arrangement, is it still necessary? God wants to test the loyalty of humankind and arranges for a lot of devils and sufferings to appear. In the midst of trouble, we can only maintain faith, hope, love, and joy.

And I, as a writer, in order to promote the great progress of history, can only write this book and publish it, leaving a proof of my times. In my times, I have worked hard and fought for the happiness of all humankind.
